Hill Climb racing was held in Ontario 1950-1967. A B.E.M.C. history explains it thus:
Hill Climbs were an early feature for BEMC. We raced, one car at a time, up the hills at Rattlesnake Point, Hockley Valley and
the so-called “Flat Hill Climb” at Mosport. These hill climbs were usually run in the spring or the fall, before and after the
circuit-racing season. When Rattlesnake Point (Milton) and Hockley Valley (Orangeville) were developed with expensive
private homes, our events became unpopular with the local population and the politicians.

Rare Bug Eye! Older restoration, but looks and drives very well. I had this car since 1980's and I have only driven it to shows
since then (has HVO plates). I try to keep it original, has original engine, tranny, with only 60,000 miles. New wheel bearings
and brakes (drums, of course) all around last year. New top and tonneau. Everything works well. This car has gone up in value
by about 33% last few years since you can not get a big Healey for under 50K++ anymore, and this is after all, an Austin Healey

cover and a second one that is black and customized to wrap around the Roll Bar. The leather top is

Very desirable Colorado Red over Old English White two tone. This car has been totally restored, every nut bolt screw & washer
has been gone through. Full photographic history of all stages of the restoration. The car is 95% finished but will be ready for
that first top down summer drive. All the metalwork and paint was done at a professional restoration shop and all the assembly
and mechanicals were done by the owner. The underside exposed areas of the chassis and all wing inside surfaces are epoxy
coated with a product similar to spray on bed liner to prevent chipping. Extra heat resistant material is added under all the
carpets. All new wiring, full leather interior, new carpets, instruments rebuilt by Nisonger (Smiths specialist), shocks and
carburetors rebuilt by Apple Hydraulics (SU/Armstrong specialist). Shocks all have stiffer upgraded valving to improve
handling. Dayton 72 spoke chrome and stainless wire wheels inc spare. Many original parts rechromed (no Chinese repro junk).
SU electronic fuel pump , all new brake lines and hydraulics with silicone fluid , original walnut dash all refinished, Stebroe
stainless steel side exhaust that sounds...well you just have to hear it. Come see the car make a deposit and secure your top down
ride for the summer. I have the top boot and tonneau covers, heritage certificates etc etc. These cars are becoming harder to find

Running and rare, my late father’s 1969 Lotus Elan +2 is for sale. Very nice lines on this sweet little sports car. The Elan +2 is a
longer version of the Elan, and has two small rear seats. The car has been painted Elan Yellow, a new headliner has been
installed and the dash was re-covered. Interior and exterior are both in very good condition. Chrome sparkles. All gauges work.
Black upholstery. Very nice wood trim inside. The odometer reads 75,094 miles. 4 speed standard transmission. Twin cam

The following information is from Wikipedia: An Elan +2 was introduced in 1967 with a longer wheelbase and two rear seats.
The Elan +2 embodied the Lotus spirit: It was a fast and agile sport coupe. It combined the performance and reliability of the
Elan "Coupe" with genuine 2+2 passenger comfort. Tested maximum power: 108-126 bhp (net) (depending on the model); top
speed: 120 mph (190 km/h), 0–60 mph in 7.9 seconds, 0-100 mph 21.8 seconds. 5,200 Elans +2 were made: fewer than 1,200 of
these cars remain in the roads today. Their relative rarity, beautiful lines, impressive performance and practicality are the main
factors for the rising interest on these cars among collectors. The Elan ceased production in 1973 and the Elan +2 in 1975. An
estimated total of 17,000 original Elans and Elans +2 were built. In 2004, Sports Car International named the Elan number six on

Engine. Rust free and reliable, it is most certainly fun to drive and draws attention and conversation frequently. Included are ...
the canvas 'roof" ... 2 additional pressed steel seats (rear) c/w padded cushions and back rests. The Mini Moke was designed in
1959 by Sir Alec Issigonis, the designer of the original "Mini" and much along the same lines. Intended originally for military
used it was not widely accepted, and thence took on an almost cult following as a civilian vehicle in the 1960's. Mokes were
manufactured in the UK from 1964 to 1969, thereafter production went abroad to countries such as Australia, Portugal, Italy and
others. This is an original one and very rare nowadays. Please note .... No ... it DOESN'T go in the water too ...the Propeller on

This listing is for a RHD Land Rover 109 V8 conversion. The previous owner of this vehicle was a master fabricator of more
then 20 years experience in mechanics and custom fabrication, with extensive experience working with series Land Rovers. The
idea behind the project was to build the perfect Series 109 Land Rover, a vehicle that would, among other things, be capable of
comfortably maintaining long stretches at highway speeds (without putting undue stress on a stock series drive train), have a
completely new old stock rust-free frame and bulkhead, have an improved cabin heating system etc. all while maintaining a
traditional Rover look and feel. To accomplish this a 101 Ministry of Defence (MOD) 3.5L 101 V8 engine was laboriously
custom fitted into a NOS military spec 109 series pickup rolling chassis with salisbury rear axle. A LT77 Rover 5 speed
transmission was then custom fit to the engine. Once mated with a Rover series III transfer case and mod kit (not included in this
listing, but available through Ian Ashcroft http://www.ashcroft-transmissions.co.uk/the-series-vehicle/series-5-speed-kits.html )
this Rover 5 speed overdrive arrangement furnishes the driver with 2 wheel drive, 4 wheel drive, and 4 wheel drive low range
capabilities. The stock 101 engine produces 120 HP @ 5000 RPM and 176 foot LBS @ 2500RPM. Ultimately this means that no
masts, sails, or hurricane force following winds are required to travel at highway speeds!

I love this vehicle, but not unlike the previous owner I have lost time and the space to make it come together. All the significant
quirks of this conversion have been worked out (This means no unpleasant head scratching!) what remains is a really wonderful,
capable off-road/working truck that is ready for the right person to give it the final bit of attention it needs to fulfill it's rightfully

Beautiful car, & an even better ride. Sadly I have to go to school, & this toy has to go. The car has undergone a complete rewire
from British Car Mechanic Dave for roughly 1100 CDN. The car has just undergone a carb tune-up, and U-Joints at European
Car Mechanic Micheal for roughly 300 CDN. The car has brand new breaks, break lines, tires, water pump, and alternator. This
car sometimes diesels, but Michael said this should stop after the carb tune (haven't gotten it back yet). He says if it doesn't stop
after this a simple manual choke, or just driving the car, or premium gas would make this stop. The underneath of this car is
beautiful, and completely restored. A downfall is some blisters in the paint on the right quarter panel, this could be easily covered
by the original MGB stripe kit (75CDN) that's included, or redone for little cost by a paint shop. The car comes with a spare
water pump, alternator, original soft top from 77' that needs attention, but definitely worth doing. A hard top that also needs
some attention, but is extremely rare for these cars. Mechanically drive this car for the rest of the season top down, and fix the

A pre-1972 cylinder head which has been crack tested and modified for lead-free fuel by West Carleton Automotive, a wellrespected machine shop. Has hardened exhaust seat inserts; 8 silicon bronze guides; new genuine OEM BMC inlet (1.56") and
exhaust (1.37") valves; new double valve springs. The inlet ports are machined with a "5 angle cut" for improved gas flow, and
the head surface has had 0.030" machined off to give a small increase in BHP output. Best suited for 1622 (16GC) MGA and pre

My mother bought this car in 1959 & parked it in 1973. It is matching numbers & the engine turns but the body is rough and the
interior gone. The dash & instruments are missing but most other parts are there. The front left fender should be replaced and the
other fenders and valences need some work. It needs new sills (rockers) and a few other panels probably need to be replaced. The
soft top frame is good and the bumpers ok but they could use a re-chrome. Original colour was English white.

For sale is a unrestored original russet brown 1980 mg midget . This car has been loving cared for by me for the last 20 years in
that time it was treated to a refresh of the russet brown paint. The interior has been recovered with the matching biscuit interior.
Two year ago the engine suffered a fatal blow in the way of broken connecting rod. A replacement engine was sourced and
rebuild by entec racing in Scarborough. During the engine rebuild the transmission was rebuilt and a new clutch was installed to
ensure many years of worry free driving. I have many spare parts that will come with the car as well as manuals and the heritage

Unfinished Project. Unfortunately ill health forces sale of much loved Stag. This car is probably the best STOCK "RUST FREE
STAG" in the America's and deserves better treatment than I'm able to give it. So far I have rebuilt the engine as I bought it as a
non runner but very impressed by the lack of rust. Being such a low mileage car it needed only a re-bore and pistons, and I also
lapped the valves and changed the timing chains. The cooling system is the Achilles heel of the Stag, so I replaced it with the
Davies Craig external variable speed with the heat soak facility EWP. The engine now runs beautifully, but not yet run enough to
take leak down pressures. Other work done includes a new brake system including the master cylinder and rebuilt slave
cylinders. New fuel lines and serviced carburetors. The soft top is almost in new condition with an easily repaired 5in tear in an
area not in line of sight. Yes the rear windshield needs replacement. The interior apart from the piping on the top of the drivers
seat and one small blemish on the passenger seat, is in very good condition. It needs new carpets and sound deadening.

Second owner, all original, never seen winter. With 77,700 original km on it! Sure, you could buy a Mazda MX5 Miata, but why
not have something more interesting? Everywhere I go, people look and smile. I never thought I would sell, but I have too many
projects and no time. The most "stock" running TR-7 for sale here in a long time. The body is very clean and the original interior
is in amazing shape as well. My goal was to keep the car as original as possible. Everything is original (even the top and cover!)
except for a few reliability upgrades. After I had the carbs rebuilt and tuned, I changed the mechanical fuel pump to an electric
one. I also removed the clutch fan and had an electric fan installed. I do have the original parts as well. Work done this year and
last year. All work was professionally done.
This year: - New rod bearings, main bearings and thrust washers - recent oil change (I have another spare filter as well) - new oil
pan gasket - replaced the rear window zipper in the original top - the windows are not original, but the top is
Last year: - carbs rebuilt and tuned, fuel tank relined, fuel sender unit and seals replaced - new throttle cable - new clutch pack new clutch master and slave cylinders - clutch fan removed and electric fan installed with new thermostat - NOS (new old stock)
oversized FACTORY Triumph TR7 exhaust system and gaskets - sounds so much better! - steering bushing replaced - front
suspension bushings upgraded - Rimmer Brothers anti-dive kit installed - plugs, wires, cap and rotor - replace all plastic top
snaps on the car with steel ones - replace rear brake cylinders - new battery and hold-downs
For convenience (and as the original radio was missing) I added a Pioneer Bluetooth stereo with mic - so you can you your
iPhone or Android phone hands free in the car. I haven't touched the body yet (wanted to do all of the mechanical first). While
this is a Canadian can, the body is almost completely rust free. The floors are very clean and do not need attention. Because of
how clean the body is, it could either be finished OR would make an ideal candidate for a TR7 V8 / TR8 conversion.
What's left to do: - Some fine tuning - repair the 2 tiny rust spots on the car - maybe change the windows in the top (or replace
the top) - it works fine, but the windows are a little discolored - re-upholster the center armrest - replace some rubber trim bits
(some I have, but haven't installed yet) While the restoration isn't finished, I've got no time to continue (or even enjoy the car) so it's for sale. The car is completely driveable the way it is and looks great for 36 years old! Even while not finished yet, the car
took 3rd place in class at the Brits by the Lake show last year! I've invested over $8000 in the car in the past 3 years. Asking
