(i) PS has been done on the basis of information filled up by
the candidates in the application submitted online.
(ii) Experience certificates are to be in prescribed proforma.
However, wherever the applicants have not submitted
experience certificates in prescribed proforma, their
experience certificates have been considered on merit.
(iii) The period of experience rendered by a candidate on
part time basis, daily wages, visiting/guest faculty has not
been counted while calculating the valid experience.
(iv) Experience on contract basis/ Ad-hoc basis in the
relevant field has been considered.
(v) Experience of teaching as Lecturer/ PGT has been
considered relevant experience.
(vi) Offer of appointment/appointment letter/office order/
confirmation letter/approval letter has not been considered
for experience certificate.
(vii) Where experience certificate is issued by the concerned
organization, the issuing authority being Head of the
Department has not been insisted upon.
(viii) For variation in spelling of names/change in name,
Affidavit may be considered sufficient.
(ix) In view of the undertaking signed by the candidates in
the application, the undertaking regarding intimation to
employer wherever applicable, may not be insisted upon
specifically.
(x) Some of the candidates can be rejected under more than
one category. They have been rejected under the category
considered as most appropriate.
