The Governing Body formulates all the policy decisions and planning
from time to time. The Principal implements all the decisions taken
by the Governing Body and looks after the day to day functioning of
the College.
10. Student Feedback on Institutional Governance/faculty performance:
In this Institute the result of the students in class tests and the term-end examination are
monitored in a very meticulous way, so as to suffice the feedback system of the students, as it
matters most. Sometimes, when the authority feels it required, questionnaires are given to
different segments of students and ask for their opinion and answer and to submit the same in a
confidential manner.
11. Grievance redressal mechanism for faculty, staff and students:
Grievances of the students are redressed in a very judicious way. Sometimes, this Institute
has waved out the Tuition fees of the students, which is the only source of funds, whose case
has been felt necessary. Exclusively, in case of sudden and untime demise of father or guardians.
The grievances o f t he fa cu l t y and staff are placed before the Governing Body considering
the weightage of the grievances. Decisions are taken on the matters as per the capacity of the
Institute and other norms in a humanitarian way.
