Subject: - Release of 50% of State Share for Construction of new
Additional class room, Multi Media Room, Computer lab and
Science Lab in Mewat Model School in District Mewat block
Nuh, Jhirkha, Tauru, Nagina and Punhana under MSDP
Scheme.
Sanction of the Governor of Haryana is hereby accorded to the
issuance of administrative approval for the inclusion of the Scheme cited as
subject in the schedule of new expenditure for the year 2015-16 and incurring
of an expenditure on plan side on non-recurring basis at a cost of Rs. 27.04
Lac (Rupees Twenty Seven Lac & Four Thousand Only) as 50% State Share for
Construction of new Additional class room, Multi Media Room, Computer lab
and Science Lab in Mewat Model School in District Mewat block Nuh, Jhirkha,
Tauru, Nagina and Punhana under MSDP Scheme. As per detail given below:Sr. No.

The expenditure involved will be debitable to the Head "4202Capital Outlay on Education Sports, Arts & Culture (Plan)-01 General
Education-202-Secondary Education-(99) Secondary School Building-16) Major
Works" Plan 2015-16 with the conditions;That the expenditure will be met out within the plan ceiling of the
Department.
That the 50% State Share for Construction of new Additional class room,
Multi Media Room, Computer lab and Science Lab in. Mewat Model
School in District Mewat block Nuh, Jhirkha, Tauru, Nagina and
\ Waits Burch ENMunish 51.4450/ Unction 0201.1514.
Punhana under the Scheme of Multi-Sectoral Development plan will be
released as per the Direction of the Director, Social Justice &
Empowerment Department, Haryana, Chandigarh..
That the expenditure will be made as per the norms and with the
approval of Competent Authority.
Utilization of the funds at the Headquarter level shall be monitored by
the Director School Education, Haryana.

Revised Sanction will be issued in case provision of the scheme is
modified at any stage.
