GATEWAYS
POWER SUPPLY
This gateway is the interface
between the E-LINE wired
handles and an Ethernet LAN.
It can handle up to 250 E-LINE
HID Swinghandles. The
gateway is IP addressable and
is the interface between the
user software and the handles.
NETWORK CABLE

WIRED GATEWAY
ACTIVE KEY
HID DIRECT
The HID Direct Swinghandle
opens when it reads a
registered HID proximity card.
Access is not granted to
non-registered HID cards.
The handle is IP addressable
and is connected directly to an
Ethernet LAN. HID cards can be
authorized and de-authorized
directly by a master card or
from the computer with user
software, via network.
HID 485
The HID 485 Swinghandle
opens when it reads a
registered HID proximity card.
Access is not granted to
non-registered HID cards. The
Swinghandles communicate
with software through an
Ethernet gateway. HID cards
can be authorized and
de-authorized directly by a
master card or from the
computer with user software,
via network.
WIRELESS SWINGHANDLE
The wireless Swinghandle can
be opened by registered active
keys. Access is not granted to
non-registered active keys. The
Swinghandles communicate
with the software through a
wireless gateway.
The active key allows access
to the E-LINE wireless
Swinghandle. The active key
is an active transponder, with
a passive transponder as a
backup if the active key’s
battery fails.
HID CARD
This device provides power
of 12 VDC with a maximum
output current of 780 mAmp.
There are versions applicable
in all countries regardless of
mechanical design.
NETWORK CABLE
The cable CN2001 is used
for interconnecting E-LINE
components. There are
Modular Plug RJ45 connectors
on both ends. This allows for
forwarding of the E-LINE
network to other rooms.
Alternatively, Cat. 5 patch
cables can be used.
