Director, Center for Teaching, Learning & Assessment, Warrington College of Business Administration, University of Florida (2007‐present) Coordinates with the Deans, College faculty and departmental staff as the Subject Matter Expert for the Assurance of Learning process for maintenance of accreditation through AACSB. This includes managing the collection and maintenance of assessment data, communicating results with stakeholders through the web and reports, assisting faculty with developing learning objectives and assessment measures, etc. Additionally, supports the University with tasks associated with maintaining SACS accreditation. This includes attending various committee meetings to provide support and advice on assessment as well as representing the College at national seminars and conferences. Coordinates with Instructional Designers, Deans, College faculty and departmental staff to develop instructional services programs tailored to the changing needs of students and instructors in the college. This includes oversight of regular evaluation of existing programs and proposals for enhancement. This includes working with faculty directly to apply appropriate instructional design principles to courses developed for online and blended learning, and developing and monitoring course production schedules. This also includes consulting with local and central technology developers to guide and review development of the course management and other learning tools associated with online and blended learning courses and programs. Represents College interests on a variety of University committees and task forces related to technological solutions for online and blended courses and programs.
