Price list and order form
How to order
Fill in the order form on page 3 of this document.
When completing your order, please quote the resource code and title of each resource you
require as listed on page 2.
Return your completed order form to the QCAA.
Terms and conditions
• Individuals and business organisations must include payment with their orders. Queensland
schools and educational bookshops may be invoiced on receipt of a completed order form.
• All prices include postage and handling costs.
• Cheques should be made payable to the Queensland Curriculum and Assessment Authority.
• For all account customers, trading terms are 30 days from date of invoice.
• There is no minimum invoice purchase.
• Please allow 14 days for delivery.
• Damaged goods must be reported within 14 days of the issued invoice. Replacement goods
will be supplied only when the damaged goods have been returned.
• Materials may be returned and a credit provided if a reasonable explanation is given as to why
they did not meet requirements. In such circumstances, goods and invoice must be returned
within 14 days of the invoice being issued, and the customer must pay the return freight.

The QCAA holds a small number of past QCS test papers for public sale.
Bulk orders for schools must be ordered as advised in the annual memo to schools (Supply of
