PANEL FILTERS
Microtech manufacture and supply a range of panel filters in pleated or
pad form. These can be constructed in galvanised channels, polyurethane
casings or card frames square or rectangular in shape. Various media’s
maybe used for dry panel filters, most favoured are synthetic fibres in a pad
form or media such as cellulose paper that is pleated. Most panels of this
type are disposable. All panels meet the recognised EU classifications.
Some panels can be cleanable, reducing filter replacement costs, or
disposable for ease of maintenance.
VACUUM FILTERS
We manufacture a range of pleated /wrapped inline Vacuum Pump Air/Oil
Separators using the latest media’s designed to perform in high demand
areas were protection of vital equipment is required such as motors used in
industrial cleaning machines.
Providing a cleaner, safer environment for employees through the removal of
harmful particles in the atmosphere is essential. Very fine filtration using High
Efficiency Particulate Air media, (HEPA), which offer the maximum surface
area to the air stream - theoretically capable of 99.997% filtration efficiency at
0.5 micron is ideal for use in Clean room and high health risk areas.
CARBON FILTERS, GAS FILTERS, PROCESS STRAINERS,
SEPARATOR (Coalescing) FILTERS
Carbon filters are highly efficient, non-reusable and low maintenance, they
are statically charged to absorb deposits and widely supplied for use in
chemical, food, beverage and mining industries.
We offer a wide range of Process Strainers for the food and beverage,
chemical, water and sewage industries. Separating (Coalescing) Filters can
be made from glass micro fibres, needle felts or synthetic material and are
used extensively in fuel, chemical and oil refineries and for diesel polishing.
DUST FILTERS
Specialists in dust filtration, the most common form of dust collectors are
fabric bags, however our specialist area is in the manufacture of a wide
range of pleated cartridges for the removal of dust from various applications.

Microtech Filters was established 25 years ago specialising in the
manufacture and supply of pleated cartridge filters, with a reputation for
reliable service and quality product produced within its manufacturing
facilities in Nottinghamshire supplying OEM’s, distributors and end users
within the UK and Worldwide.
EXTENSIVE EXPERIENCE

material source capability, in house manufacturing

THE PROUCT RANGE
Using a wide variety of filter media sourced globally including cellulose
blended paper, micro glass fibre, spun bonded polyester and woven wire
meshes with particle retentions ranging from 0.5 to 1000 microns. These
are then brought together and assembled in our manufacturing facility
with the use of epoxy resins, plastisols and polyurethane systems.
