There is no entry fee. Exhibitors, upon delivery of their article or articles to the proper department, will be given an exhibitors ticket which will bear the identifying numbers of the exhibit. This entitles Exhibitors to purchase one (1) Exhibitor Admission Ticket ($8.00 value) for $4.00 for each item entered. These Special Tickets are available in the Exhibition Hall when entering your items. THEY WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE ON ANY OTHER DATES. ONLY ONE TICKET PER ITEM ENTERED. Tickets will be Void if reproduced or tampered with in any way. Exhibits which have been erroneously entered may, at the discretion of the Director in Charge and Superintendent of the Department, be transferred to the proper class previous to the judging. If such classes have been judged they shall not be re-judged. Premiums shall be paid only on awards indicated by Judges’ records. Names shall be covered on exhibits until judging is completed.
