We are delighted to invite you to join the Russian National Congress of Cardiology
to be held on September 20-23, 2016 in the International Exhibition Center
“Ekaterinburg Expo”, Ekaterinburg.

The final scientific programme will be available at the RSC website www.scardio.ru
and the official congress website www.cardiocongress.ru two months prior to the event.
Independent symposia or oral sessions may be submitted at the RSC website
www.scardio.ru. To start proceeding, it is necessary to complete registration
at www.scardio.ru and log in.
All submitted sessions are to be reviewed by experts of the Programme Committee.
The Programme Committee may reject a submitted session, or request to modify
it, or merge two submitted sessions within one topic. The total number of sessions
is limited.

REGISTRATION
All delegates will have congress badges allowing them to attend scientific sessions
and the exhibition. Free registration (no registration fee and no congress bags)
includes a name badge. Preliminary registration requires filling in the registration form
at www.cardiocongress.ru before September 10, 2016. After September 10, 2016,
the registration will be possible at the congress venue only.
The Registration Fee is:
Before June 1, 2016 – 1,500 RUR (1,000 RUR for RSC members)
From June 1 to September 1, 2016 – 2,000 RUR (1,500 RUR for RSC members)
After September 1, 2016 – 2,500 RUR (2,000 RUR for RSC members)
Please note: postal money order will not be accepted as a registration fee!

СМЕ CREDITS
The congress is accredited for Continuous Medical Education (CME) by the Coordination
Council for Development of Continuous Medical and Pharmaceutical Education of the
Russian Ministry of Health for cardiologists, internists and general practitioners. For
participation in the congress educational credits will be granted.
Prior to the congress, please, go through the registration process at the website of the
Coordination Council for CME http://www.sovetnmo.ru and get access to your personal
profile.
On the first congress day, on September, 20 before 16:30, please register as a congress
delegate and declare your wish to receive the СМЕ Certificate.
On the last congress day, on September, 23 before 15.30 at the Registration Desk you can
get the CME Certificate with a personal confirmation code. Certificates are free of charge.
After the congress, it will be necessary to verify the personal code on the CME Certificate
using your personal profile at http://www.sovetnmo.ru.
ABSTRACT SUBMISSION
Deadline for abstract submission is June 1, 2016. We kindly ask you to submit your
abstracts in advance. Abstracts received after the deadline will not be considered.
Abstracts can be submitted at the web site of the Russian Society of Cardiology
www.scardio.ru. To start the submission, please, go through the registration process
and log in. Then follow the instructions.
All abstracts will be reviewed by experts of the Abstracts Committee.

Abstracts are not subject to editorial changes.
Abstracts are published free of charge.
YOUNG CARDIOLOGIST AWARD SESSION
Only scientists under 35 are eligible. An author (without co-authors) may submit only
one paper.
The deadline for submitting papers for the Young Cardiologist Award Session
is June 1, 2016. Please, send you applications (noted “Award session”) to:

An application must include:
• the article (up to six pages (A4), 1,5 spacing, no bibliography);
• author information (full name, organization, field of research, address, telephone
number, e-mail address);
• assignment of the author’s organization (scan copy);
• recommendation of the scientific advisor (scan copy).
Papers are to be accepted for a 15-minute final presentation after a preliminary
independent review. Its results will be available at www.cardiocongress.ru
after July 20, 2016. The winners will be awarded with RSC prize and diploma.
