Trigger:
Use this process when a University of Missouri staff member is enrolling a student in a Mizzou
Online - Self Paced (OEE) class.
Output - Result(s)
Comments
A student will be enrolled in a Mizzou Online
Self Paced Course
The student will be successfully enrolled in a
Mizzou Online Self Paced course with a start
date and a system calculated end date.

Procedure
When enrolling a student in a Mizzou Online Self Paced class, navigate to the Enrollment
Request page, and Add a New Value.
Enrollment Request
Enroll students in classes.
Records and Enrollment > Enroll Students > Enrollment Request
Step
1.
Action
On the Add a New Value tab, enter the desired information into the ID field.
Enter "14146219".
Note: When the magnifying glass icon is next to a field, this means that
there is a list of values associated with the field. If the desired value is
not known, click on the magnifying glass icon, this will display the List
of Values page for the field. From this page you can perform a search to
find the value and then select the value by clicking on it.

Enter the desired career into the Academic Career field. For this example
enter "UGRD".

Enter the desired information into the Term field. For this example enter "4035".

Click the Add button.

Enter the desired class number into the Class Nbr field. For this example
enter "14641".
6.
Enter the date the student wants to start the class by clicking the Choose a date
(Alt+5) button.
7.
Choose the desired start date. In this example the student wishes to start on
February 29, 2012. Click the February 29, 2012 date.

If needed, click the Unit Load option in the Additional Overrides section at the
bottom of the page.

Click the Submit button.

Action
When an enrollment request is submitted successfully, the End Date of the class
will automatically calculate.
End of Procedure.
Note: If the Status is “Errors” after submitting the request, review the
error at the bottom of the page in the Error Messages section and make
the necessary changes to the request.
