College Credit Plus (CCP) Registration Worksheet Guide
When deciding which courses to take through CCP you need to ask yourself a number of questions. This
worksheet guide is designed to help you answer the questions you must address when determining
which CCP course you want to take over the course of the entire next academic year. It is strongly
suggested that you work with your high school guidance counselor when completing the registration
work sheet.
You should bring the COMPLETED registration worksheet with you to the CCP Orientation and
Registration Session scheduled for your school. Instructions for scheduling a CCP Orientation and
Registration Session can be found in your acceptance letter.
If you need help completing the registration worksheet you can participate in one of two webinars
offered to help incoming CCP students and their parents prepare for the registration session. To sign up
for a registration webinar, send an email to Cathy Moss at cmoss@lakelandcc.edu and let her you’re
your preferred date. You will need an internet connected device with a speaker in order to participate.

credit times 3 and then subtract from 30. Example: A student is taking concert choir all year. 1
course x 3 = 3. 30-3 =27. The student is eligible to take 27 credits through CCP.
