NEW FEES
No more than 25% of total entry in coupons.
FEES for the Beta Format: Each class is offered twice, you can receive a Q for each run. The first class of
each event is $12.00, If you run the second class of the same event it is $10.00.
Example if you enter both
Weavers class you will pay $22.00. If you only enter one Weavers class you will pay $12.00
Junior Handler $5.00 per run or $35.00 for 3 days. Junior Handler must own the dog they are running or of their immediate family.
We will take late entries and day of entries.
Late Fees $2.00 per run not to accede $10.00 per dog . If you have already entered and are just adding runs late fees do not apply.

Running order is determined alphabetically. Handlers with more than one dog in a class will be separated if possible.
All Exhibitors for a given class should be present at ringside at least one-half hour prior to the start of the scheduled classes for walk
through and briefing.
Any dog and handler not present before change of course will be ineligible to run.
All ring conflicts will be handled by the Gate Stewards.
CHECK-IN
***IF you include a readable photocopy of your dog’s NADAC card (for max height dogs) OR Permanent
Jump Height Card, with your entry; you will be automatically checked in.
Dogs who require measuring must check in and be measured. Measuring is not optional, if a dog is not measured, it is not eligible to
run. So don’t miss your check-in/measure-in time. SKILLED DOGS DO NOT NEED TO BE MEASURED!
Measure - in: Measure in will be 7:45 Saturday and 7:45 a.m. on Sunday.
REFUNDS
There will be no refunds for entries withdrawn after the closing date or in the event a dog and/or handler are dismissed from competition,
regardless of the reason for such dismissal.
A withdrawal from the competition after the closing date due to a bitch coming into season after the closing date will be eligible for a refund
up to 75% of the total entry fee paid.
No entry fee refunded if the trial cannot open or completed by reasons of riots, civil disturbances, fire an act of God, public emergency and
act of public enemy, or any other cause beyond the control of the organizing committee
MOVE-UPS
Move-ups, changes, or corrections will be accepted in writing only or e-mail to rnragilek9s@gmail.com through July 6. 2015 at 6:00PM.
No changes/corrections will be accepted after this date. This includes any changes that need to be made because of incorrect entry on trial
secretary’s part. Please read your confirmations carefully prior to July 6, 2015. There will be move-ups from Saturday to Sunday
You must sign the move-up book (on site) by 15 minutes after the last run on Saturday for Sunday .
IMPORTANT. Please check your dog's NADAC registration number on your trial confirmation as soon as
you receive it; also, please check the copy of the results posted at the trial. You should report any errors to
the Trial Secretary immediately.
NADAC records trial results as they are submitted by the host clubs/groups. The individual trial results
submitted by the club are uploaded to the www.NADACForum.com within two weeks after the NADAC
office receives them from the club. Please accept the responsibility to review those results, and check that
your registration number and qualifying points, as reported by the club, are correct. You can join the
Forum by going to www.NADACForum.com and submitting your request. If you find an error in the
reporting of your dog’s qualifying points or registration number, please contact the host club. The host club
is responsible for correcting any errors and informing NADAC.

NOTICE TO COMPETITORS
As of January-2014: Dogs must enter the Veterans Division in all jumping classes after their 9th
birthday. After their 12th birthday, dogs must enter the Skilled Category, Veterans Division for
jumping classes and Skilled Category for non-jumping classes
This trial will be held under the current rules and regulations of NADAC with Turns “N” Wraps as the sponsoring club. NADAC rules will
prevail. Exhibitors through submission of entry acknowledge that they are knowledgeable of NADAC rules and regulations and agree to abide
by all the rules in effect at the time of this trial. The trial committee has the right to refuse entry to anyone including anyone not in good
standing with NADAC
DOGS MUST BE REGISTERED AND HAVE A VALID REGISTRATION NUMBER BEFORE ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED.
Current Jump Height Table, Breed Exemption List, description of classes, levels and divisions and equipment descriptions are included in the
current Exhibitors Handbook.
A copy of the current Exhibitors Handbook may be downloaded free from the NADAC web site: www.nadac.com. Exhibitors may request a
hard copy of the current Exhibitors Handbook by sending $5.00 to

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Exhibitors through submission of entry, acknowledge that they are knowledgeable of NADAC rules and regulations and
agree to abide by all rules in effect at the time of the trial.

Please double-check your entry form, ESPECIALLY YOUR NADAC NUMBER, to ensure it is filled out completely and correctly. Entry may
be returned if missing information is critical to entry. Also, double check the results at the trial to make sure your NADAC number and
score are posted correctly.

IMPORTANT!!! ONLY ELECTRONIC CONFIRMATIONS WILL BE SENT OUT. They will go to all entrants who include their email addresses with
their entry. If you included and email address, your conformation will be sent as an attachment (PDF) in an email. It is your responsibility
to make sure rnragilek9s@gmail.com is allowed by your spam blocker or to change options that strip attachments from emails.
If you do not have an email address yourself, please provide the email address of someone whom can receive your confirmation
and give it to you.

Confirmation of entry will be sent to the address provided on the entry form (e-mail) after closing date. If an exhibitor has not received a
copy of the confirmation within 5 days of the closing date, contact the Trial Secretary.
Please review this confirmation carefully. If there are any changes that need to be made because of incorrect entry on trial secretary’s
part, you must notify Trial Secretary prior to July 06, 2015. Corrections will not be made the day of the show unless they are the fault of
the show secretary.


Checks not honored by the bank DOES NOT constitute a valid entry fee. There will be a $35 service charge for bank returned
checks.

All dogs must be on leash when not competing in the ring.

No Alcoholic Beverages allowed on the show site.


Ribbons/Coupons will be awarded to first and second places ONLY in all jump heights, in all classes. Ribbons/Coupons awarded for those finishing
a title and qualifying Ribbons/Coupons awarded for those achieving a qualifying score. Chances is a pass/fail class therefore no placement
ribbons/coupons will be awarded for these classes. There will not be a NATCH or V-NATCH pole for NATCH 2 and V-NATCH 2 and up.
NATCH2 and V-NATCH2 and up Ribbons will be available upon request.

With these slight adjustments Turns N Wraps is able to offer FREE Lunches to all of the competitors. If you would prefer a 3rd or 4th place
ribbon instead of Lunch please see the Trial Chairman.

The sponsoring club will not be responsible for the loss or damage to any dog exhibited, or for the possessions of any exhibitor whether
the result is accident or other cause. It is distinctly understood that every dog at this event is in the care and control of his owner or
handler during the entire time the dog is on the show premises. Any exhibitor whose dogs and/or children create unnecessary
disturbances or repeatedly engage in unsafe or disruptive behavior may, at the discretion of the Trial Committee be asked to leave the
show site. In such case, no refund of fees paid will be made.

PROFICIENT / SKILLED CATEGORIES:
Each class will be split into two categories, Proficient and Skilled.
Skilled Category, dogs MUST jump 4” lower than indicated by the current jump height table. (No dog can jump less than 4”).
Dogs entered in the either category may incur 5 or fewer faults, (course/time) and earn a 5 pt. qualifying round in Regular agility.
NON-JUMPING CLASSES – VETERAN HANDLER:
Handlers aged 60 yrs. or older may opt to enter the non-jumping classes as a Veteran Handler and receive 10% more standard course time.
This division is for veteran handlers only. When entering this division, handlers must enter all classes with all of their dogs as a veteran
handler.

As the table shows, there are five Standard Division-Proficient jump heights: 8”, 12”, 16”, 20”, 20+. There are four Standard
Division-Skilled jump heights: 4”, 8”, 12”, and 16” (16” and 16+ are combined together into the 16” group). There are four jump
heights for the Veterans and Junior Handler divisions: 4”, 8”, 12”, and 16”. Veterans and Junior Handler dogs may not jump
higher than 16”.
There is no 4” Standard Division jump height in Proficient; the 4” Proficient height is for veteran dogs/handlers, disabled
handlers, and junior handlers only. In the Skilled category, 8” jumping dogs must jump 4” as their standard jump height. No dog
may jump lower than 4”.

From California - I-40 East to Williams exit 163.
This event will be held outdoors on grass and fenced. Parking is limited so please park close to each other. Lots of room to exercise your dogs.

The person who signs this agreement represents that he/she is authorized to enter into this agreement on behalf of
both exhibitor and the owner of entered dog. In consideration of acceptance of this entry:
1. As used here "NADAC" means the North American Dog Agility Council, LLC`., and their members, officers,
directors, employees, show chairs, show committees and agents.
2. Exhibitor/owner agrees to abide by the rules and regulations of NADAC and any other rules and regulations
appearing in the premium for this event.
3. Exhibitor/owner certifies that the entered dog is not a hazard to persons, dogs or property and that the entered
dog's rabies vaccination is current in accordance with the requirement of the state in which the dog resides.
4. Exhibitor/owner acknowledge all hazards presented by the event and the event premises, including, but not
limited to, the condition of the floors, stairways, halls, lighting, security measures or lack of, electrical appliances,
fittings,
show rings, parking areas and the presence of unfamiliar animals and people; exhibitor and owner assume the risk
of any harm arising from these.
5. Exhibitor/owner release NADAC, (including their officers, directors, employees, and members), and Turns ‘N’
Wraps Performance Club (including its officers, agents and employees), and will defend them and hold them
harmless from all present and future loss, injury, damage, claims, demands and liabilities involving the entered dog,
the event or event premises. Exhibitor/owner hereby assume sole responsibility for and agree to indemnify and save
aforementioned parties harmless from any and all loss and expenses (including legal fees) by reason of the liability
imposed by law upon any of the afore-mentioned parties for damages because of bodily injuries, including death, at
any time in consequence of my (our) participation in this event, howsoever such injury, or death may be caused, and
whether or not the same may have been caused or may have been alleged to have been caused by negligence of
the aforementioned parties or any of their employees or agents or any other persons.
6. Exhibitor understands there is a returned check fee of $35.
I have read, understand, and acknowledge the above Agreement and I am knowledgeable of the NADAC Rules and
Regulations governing sanctioned agility trials.
