Job Description
We are seeking a Human Resources Manager to perform all HR related responsibilities within eOriginal. A
successful candidate will possess broad based HR generalist capabilities and experiences to allow candidate to
be the primary HR related resource within the company. Candidate will provide day to day HR support
services to the employee base and departmental leadership, as necessary and as required.

scale the business and create sustainable customer value. We are a key enabler of our customers’ Digital
Transformation, helping them deliver better customer experiences, improve operations and meet regulatory
compliance requirements.
Reporting Relationships:
This HR Manager role will report directly to the CFO and will have significant collaboration with other
departmental leadership. The role is based in our Baltimore, Maryland headquarters, telecommute or
relocation options are not available for this position.
Job duties and Responsibilities:
This role will perform day to day general personnel related duties related to a variety of Human Resources
areas, such as recruitment, compensation, employee relations, training and development, EEO/Affirmative
Action, and benefits administration, among other areas. Candidate will collect data and prepare related
statistics and reports for all HR related functions within the company, as well as furnish information to
departmental leadership in support of business operations and provide guidance to all levels of employees
regarding personnel policies and procedures. Candidate will also prepare on-boarding, off-boarding and
compensation adjustment forms for data processing, payroll and other available systems and ensure
compliance with company policies.
Specific duties include the following:

Data entry responsibilities associated with HRIS/ or other systems including but not limited to new
hires, terminations, supervisor changes, salary actions, employee status changes, location changes, I9’s, etc. Responsibility also includes ensuring that all data entry has appropriate supporting backup.

Preparation and distribution of HR generated communication associated with new hires, offer letters,
job descriptions, salary surveys and recruiting opportunities. Duties will also include standardized
communication with terminating employees and coordination of out processing.

Coordination of background checks, drug testing requirements, employee handbook communication
and maintenance, including periodic updates.
Experience with payroll processing responsibilities, ADP familiarity preferred.

Human Resources Manager
Job Description

Lead company-wide insurance initiatives, including both benefit as well as property / casualty
insurance program management and supervision.

Tasks will also include coordination of annual performance review documentation, periodic 401(k)
training, ethics, sexual harassment and other forms of required training.

Lead company initiative to recruit internally and from internet postings to reduce dependency on
hiring professional recruiters.

Additional duties as assigned.
Additional Education and Experience Requirements:
 Bachelor's degree in Human Resources preferred with 5 to 10 years of Human Resources
experience.






Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Highly organized with the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
Individual should have strong technical skills including experience working with Microsoft
Office.
Individual must have excellent interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical abilities, problem resolution and collaboration skills, highly desired.
Flexible and interested in working in a dynamic growth oriented company environment.
