Fitted with axial fans and scroll compressors, dual cooling circuits with a cooling capacity to 153 kW @ 6°C cold
water leaving temperature in an ambient air temperature of 32°C.
This chiller has been working in a standby and duty configuration with a shared remote control panel, and Lowara
15kW distribution pump. The control panel includes a variable speed pump control to offer the facility of adjusting the
cooling water flow to suit the demands of the process. This modern chiller has a typical cooling output range of 153kW @ 6°C cold water leaving temperature in an
ambient air temperature of 32°C.

Technical features;
Frame. Self-supporting galvanized steel frame further protected with polyester powder paint. Easy to remove panels
allow access to the insides of the unit for maintenance and other necessary operations.
Compressors.
Hermetically sealed scroll type with oil sight glass and equipped with internal overheat protection.
Fans.
Axial fans directly coupled to a three-phase electric motor with external rotor. A safety fan guard is fitted on the air
flow discharge.
Condenser
Copper tube and aluminium finned coil. The circuits are designed with two separate circuits.
Evaporator.
In AISI 316 stainless steel braze welded plate type with two independent circuits on the refrigerant side and one on
the water side. Electrical controls Includes:
Main switch with door safety interlock; fuses, overload protection for the compressors and thermostat protection
for fans, electrical terminals for external connections. Microprocessor controlled display for the automatic control of
the unit allowing continuous display of the operational status of the unit, control set and real time water temperature
and, in the case of partial or total blockage of the unit, indication by the internal security devices.
Refrigerant circuit version JWA.
Each unit includes independent refrigerant circuits with thermostatic expansion valves and external equalisation
mounted directly onto the evaporator; dehydrator filter, level and humidity indicator, high and low pressure
switches (with fixed setting).
Water circuit versions JWA Includes:
Evaporator, antifreeze sensor, differential water pressure switch and manual air release valve.
