stick & tig welders Invertec® V205-T AC/DC Lincoln Electric® Advantage ►Top performance Advanced inverter technology optimizes arc performance in a lightweight package ►Versatile AC or DC output for a wide variety of material types and thicknesses ►Flexible Three modes of operation : DC TIG, AC TIG or Stick ►Auto-reconnects for 115/240V 50/60Hz input power ►Adjustable AC frequency allows you to focus the arc for precise arc control. ►Fan on demand built-in reduces power and the intake of dust and fumes Code Quality AC/DC TIG welding The Invertec® V205-T AC/DC in an industrial TIG welding machine designed and manufactured using the latest inverter digital technology enabling the machine to perform at 200A at 40% duty cycle. The controller provides all the features you would expect from a professional AC/ DC TIG inverter welding machine combined with a user-friendly layout. The variable AC frequency control allows the welder to adjust the arc focus when precise arc control is required. A standard feature is the adjustable cleaning and penetration facility, used to gain the ideal balance between cleaning the aluminum surface of oxide and the penetration of the weld. The machines operate using a square wave AC waveform as standard but can be set to an alternative waveforms dependent on the welder’s needs. Adjustable Starting current is also available on this machine. With Aluminium a high starting current will support better wetting and improved weld appearance. The machine is supplied air-cooled as standard, however it can be easily converted to water-cooled with the addition of the Lincoln COOL ARC® 20 water-cooler. www.lincolnelectric.com.au Publication J3.70B | Issue Date 06/12 Invertec® V205-T AC/DC TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS Product Item Number Primary Voltage Fuse Size Weight (kg) Dimensions HxWxD (mm) Protection/ Insulation Class Compliance V205-T AC/DC K1855-3 240V/1/50-60Hz 16A (slow) 17.6 380x 210 x 480 IP23C / H EN 60974-1 ROHS CE WELDING OUTPUT Current range (A) 6 - 200A Input Voltage ACCESSORIES TIG AC (40°C) STICK DC (40°C) Rated Output Current / Voltage / Duty Cycle Rated Output Current / Voltage / Duty Cycle 200A / 18V / 40% 170A / 16.8V / 60% 180 A / 27.2 V / 35% 150 A / 26.0 V / 60% 240V AC Item Number O.C.V 53.7 V DC Description KIT-250A-25-5M Welding Lead kit, 5m GRD-300A-50-5M Work Return Lead, 5m PC26FS-8I PowerCRAFT PC26G TIG Torch 8m PC18S-8I PowerCRAFT PC18W TIG Torch 8m K870 Foot amptrol W0200002 Undercarriage Cool Arc® 20 Item Number Flow Rate Dimensions HxWxD (mm) Tank Capacity Weight (kg) K12031-1 2.5 Liters/min. 180 x 210 x 480 1.7 l 8.3 A Closer look Stick Welding TIG DC TIG AC Two/Four Step Local Remote Presetting Actuals Set-up features Peak Control Function Control Parameters AC Frequency AC Balance Pulse The Lincoln Electric Company (Australia) PTY LTD 35 Bryant Street Padstow 2211 Australia 1300 546 265 (Aus) 0800 728 720 (NZ) www.lincolnelectric.com.au www.lincolnelectric.co.nz Your Lincoln Electric Distributor: Features AC Frequency AC balance Pulse Frequency On time peak Background Current Up Slope Time Down Slope TIme Post Flow Time Wave Shape Parameters 20-150 Hz 35-85 % 0.1-500 Hz 5 -95 % 1-200 A 0-10 sec 0.2-10 sec 0.2-60 sec Square/Triangle/Sinusoidal CUSTOMER ASSISTANCE POLICY he business of The Lincoln Electric Company is manufacturing and selling T high quality welding equipment, consumables, and cutting equipment.
