(Free standing) The pumps(s) is designed to install without guide rails with a pedestal base made by the manufacture so that the inlet of the pump is 6” off the wet well floor All exposed hardware shall be stainless steel. The pump (s) impeller, volute, seal plate housing and motor housing shall be of a high quality SUS304 or SUS 316 stainless steel. Pump (s) shall be capable of handling liquids with temperatures to 120 degrees F and shall be capable of running dry for extended periods. The Pump and motor shaft shall be 420 stainless steel supported by a lower Double roll ball bearing and an upper single roll ball bearing. Power cable: The pump shall be equipped with __________ft of power cord. The upper seal shall be of Carbon/Ceramic. The third seal shall be located between the lower seal and the impeller (Lip Seal) to prevent stringy material form entering lower seal. Auto Cut: Thermal sensor to monitor over current, located in the terminal block. The auto cut will have an automatic reset. Thermal sensors located in motor windings will not be excepted. Floats switch attached ( option): Floats must be a incorporated form the manufacture and constructed into the pump(s) cap housing. No “piggy back “ float will be excepted in which the float is plugged in outside the pump housing. Floats must be rated for 250 vac. Motor Construction: The motor shall be Air filled water tight chamber and be capable of continuous operation underwater to a depth of 100 feet. The motor shall be a submersible type rated for _________HP at ____________RPM. The full load amp shall not exceed _________amps at _________volts. The motor shall have class B insulation. The motor shall be designed for continuous duty and non-overloading throughout the entire pump curve. Impeller: The impeller shall be of a high quality SUS304 or SUS316 stainless steel and shall be of a Semi-open design. The impeller shall have a slip fit into the motor shaft and drive key and secured to the shaft by a stainless steel bolt. Start-up: The pump (s) shall be tested by a qualified representative of the manufacture.
