twenty two students in the principles of building construction, building performance, and construction
mathematics. Graduated 22 students all above 82 percentile.

2009
Youth Employment Partnership (Oakland, Ca)- Alex Colt (510) 735-4707. As the Construction
Manager my responsibilities consisted of training and supervision of all YEP clients learning
construction competencies, including participants in our Re-entry Service Learning program and
Women in Construction program. Additional responsibilities included teaching , I taught basic
construction classes and basic math at YEP. In addition, as the Construction Manager I was
responsible for supervising and staffing the team of professional Construction Site Trainers, as
well as, Managing and coordinating ongoing construction at the YEP office site, including
extensive renovation/replacement of plumbing, wiring and air systems, building out of loft office
space and other significant projects.

(single family and multi-family housing). Responsibities included responding to service request, Inspect
and evaluate units to ensure that units are made ready in a timely manner, maintain inventory of supplies
sufficient for providing service. Processes included detailed preparation, brushing oil finishes, spraying.

Rodman in the field. Office work consisted of compiling data collected in the field and incorporating it
