BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ARKANSAS:

SECTION 1.
Before January 1, 2004, the Department of Education shall
25
make the following information and data available and easily accessible on
26
its website:

(1)
Current comprehensive financial data reports for school districts,
including:
29
(A)
Local and state revenue sources;
30
(B)
Administrator and teacher salary and benefit data;
31
(C)
District balances;
32
(D)
Any additional financial data;
33
(E)
Administrative salary and benefit expenditures; and
34
(F)
Teacher salary expenditures.

(2)
Each school district's personnel policies required under Arkansas
Code §§ 6-17-201 through 6-17-208;

district's contracts with school district employees and district salary

schedules.

Each school district or the district's educational

cooperative, if the cooperative maintains the district's website, shall

publish on the district's website the school district's contracts with all
7
school district employees, except no social security numbers shall be
8
published, and the district salary schedules including the salary schedules
9
for regular certified employees, supplemental and extended contract
10
11
schedules, and classified employee schedules.
(4)
The annual budget of each school district.
