The temp power source for buildings G,H,J AND K is located at the North East corner of
the Main Jail electrical room and just South of the Phase II most recently installed emergency
generator. In the electrical room there is a 2000 Amp main which supply’s power to the
exciting Main Jail, We currently have 3 ATS switchgear being metered at between 150 and 175
A: amps. This amperage will fluctuate and can reach up to 300 amp at peak season when all roof
top units are running. We would need to meter and log amperage usage in order to have an
exact number for available power.
The cost for energy will be 11 cents per KwH.
