This Addendum consists of 1 page and 5 pages of attachments as follows:
SPECIFICATION CHANGES:
1. Section 00 41 43 Bid Form: Delete the Section 00 41 43 Bid Form in its entirety and
replace with the attached Section 00 41 43. Pay Item 26 05 01 was added to the Bid Form
(5 pages) to capture the electrical work.

called "Port Authority" or "Authority), an agency existing under the laws of the State of Mississippi.
In compliance with your Advertisement for Bids, Bidder hereby proposes to perform all Work for the
Work of Improvement known as:
“Marine Research Facility – Early Start Foundation Package, Project No. 413”
and all appurtenant Work and materials required to complete the Work, in strict accordance with
the Contract Documents, within the time set forth therein, and at the prices stated below.
By submission of this Bid, each Bidder certifies, and in the case of a joint Bid, each party thereto
certifies as to his/her own organizations, that this Bid has been arrived at independently, without
consultation, communication or agreement as to any matter relating to this Bid with any other
Bidder or with any competitor.
Bidder hereby agrees to commence Work of Improvement under this Contract within 5 consecutive
calendar days after the date of service of the Notice to Proceed and to fully complete the project
within 242 consecutive calendar days thereafter as provided in Sections 7 and 34 of the General
Conditions.
