The Department of General Services, as required by the Public School Construction Program, has not completed their review of plans and therefore the bid date has been changed to Thursday, July 14, 2016 at 2:00p.m. M.B.E. attachments A and B are due at 2:30p.m. Clarification to the Specifications: 
Section 01010 / 1.3 / A. A. The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: 1. The installation of a new fire alarm system, install an SMCPS owned generator and associated electrical work and replace the headend unit for the existing P.A. system. 
Section 01010 / 1.3 / B. A. Type of Contract 1. Project will be constructed under a single prime contractor. 2. The base bid will be for a fire alarm with voice notification, installing an SMCPS owned generator and associated electrical work, and replacement of the existing P.A. system headend unit. 
Section 01010 / 1.6 / B. A. On‐site Work Hours: Work hours shall be Monday – Friday, 7:00a.m. – 4:00p.m., unless otherwise indicated. 1. Weekend Hours: Will be addressed on an as needed basis. 2. Hours for Utility Shutdown: Utility outages will be coordinated with the Owner a minimum of 5 days in advance. Clarification to the Drawings: 
E – 4.1 PARTIAL SCHEMATIC POWER RISER DIAGRAM AND SCHEMATIC FIRE ALARM RISER DIAGRAM A. Revise Partial Power Riser Diagram wiring from Generator to ATS Switch per the attached sketch SK‐E4.1. B. Provide 3P, 60A circuit breaker in Panel MDP‐2 in Feeder Location No. 8. Circuit Breaker shall match existing GE Spectra Series Panelboard. Revise circuit to read “Ex Panel EM via ATS”.
