WEEB® Washer Electrical Equipment Bond
The WEEB® washer line of products are designed to bond solar PV modules to mounting structures and create an electrical path to
ground. WEEB® washers eliminate the need for older, more costly grounding methods and greatly reduce the amount of labor and
materials used in installations. The WEEB® washers are made from 304 stainless steel and can be reused. All WEEB® washers
are ETL Listed to UL 467 as Grounding & Bonding Equipment and UL Recognized to UL 2703.
UNIVERSAL FRAME BOTTOM MOUNT WEEB® WASHERS
WEEB-FBM516
The WEEB-FBM516 slides on, retains with a lance feature, and can
be pre-installed onto the module frames. Compatible to use with 5/16”
hardware and module frames with a thickness range of 1.5 to 2.3 mm.
TOP CLAMP WEEB® WASHERS
WEEB-CCR-2
The WEEB-CCR-2 is an improved design on the existing WEEB-CCR.
New design offers longer retention tabs and a wider body for better
securement to mounting rail.
UNIVERSAL WEEB® DISK WASHERS
WEEB-DSK14, WEEB-DSK38, WEEB-DSK516, & WEEB-DSKBD34
The WEEB-DSK Family is primarily used for bottom-mount and top-clamp
applications. There are several different designs to accommodate multiple
hardware sizes. The current WEEB-DSK washers offered are compatible
with 1/4”, 5/16” and 3/8” hardware.
MID-CLAMP WEEB® WASHERS
WEEB-M-KR
The WEEB-M-KR slides on, and can be pre-installed onto the mid-clamp
by hand and bonds module to module. Currently the WEEB-M-KR is
compatible with the Kinetic Solar K-Rack.
WEEB-BMC
The WEEB-BMC is primarily used with the mid-clamp applications. It
easily snaps onto the mid-clamp for quick installation and adds a
bonding feature to the existing Wiley mid-clamps.

Grounding Lugs
The WEEB® Lug consists of a WEEB® washer, lay-in lug, and hardware. It is used with one solid or stranded copper wire (#14AWG
to #6AWG), or two copper wires (#12AWG to #10AWG) to provide a continuous ground on roof or ground mounted solar systems.
Unlike traditional lay-in lugs, the WEEB® Lug does not require surface preparation on rail or module to install. All WEEB® Lugs are
ETL Listed to ANSI/UL 467, CSA Certified to C22.2 No. 41, and UL 2703 Listed.
WEEB-LUG-8.2
The WEEB-LUG-8.2 consists of a tin plated copper lug and
304 stainless steel WEEB® washer; compatible with 5/16” and
M8 hardware.
WEEB-LUG HS & WILEY LUG HS
The WEEB® LUG HS and WILEY LUG HS were created to make
installation time quicker and easier. The new terminal screw combines
a hex head cap screw with a socket screw to deliver maximum
installation flexibility. The LUG HS consists of a tin plated copper
lug and comes with or without a 304 stainless steel WEEB® washer;
compatible with 1/4”, 5/16” and M8 hardware.
Bonding Jumpers & WILEY Braid
The Bonding Jumpers and WILEY Braid are used to create an electrical connection between two pieces of metal which have
been mechanically spliced. The Bonding Jumper and WILEY Braid are constructed of tin plated, braided copper wire available
with or without a WEEB® washer attached at each end of the Jumper. The WEEB® washers provide a reliable, gas tight electrical
connection, and the braided copper wire allows for thermal expansion. All WEEB® bonding jumpers are ETL Listed to ANSI/
UL467, CSA Certified to C22.2 No. 41, and UL 2703 Listed.
WILEY Braid
The WILEY Braid are compatible with 1/4” hardware, and are
available in standard lengths of 6” to 36”. They are perfect for
non-anodized aluminum, galvanized steel, or any electrically
conductive metal applications that do not require a WEEB® washer.
WEEB® BONDING JUMPERS
The WEEB® Bonding Jumper is used to create an electrical
connection between two pieces of anodized aluminum, galvanized
steel, or any electrically conductive metal. WEEB® Bonding Jumpers
are compatible with 1/4” & 5/16” hardware, available in standard lengths
of 6” to 36”, and come assembled or unassembled.

Module Wire Management Clips
Wiley Cable Clips simplify wire management and create a cleaner aesthetic to solar PV arrays. The clips are made of corrosion
resistant stainless steel, which makes them a durable, long lasting and reliable solution for all environments, and are designed with
coined edges to prevent damage to cable insulation. The design is easy to install and remove with a flat head screwdriver and can
be reused, unlike zip ties. The clips can be used in a wide variety of mounting configurations (including 90 degree) for module and
rail applications. All the module wire management clips can be used on modules with a flange thickness range of 1.3 to 2.5 mm.
