ABOUT QUICKDRAIN
QuickDrain USA is a premier manufacturer of stainless
steel and PVC, low-profile linear drains and pre-sloped,
site-adjustable systems for showers and wet areas. All of
the company’s products are designed to meet Uniform
Plumbing Code and International Plumbing Code standards
and approvals.
QuickDrain USA manufactures and ships each drain from
Denver, CO and has established its corporate
headquarters in Frisco, CO since 2008. In addition,
QuickDrain USA is a woman-owned business.
The company prides itself on offering unparalleled
technical support from early design drawings to on-site
mock-up installations facilitated by our technicians.

METHODOLOGY
The concept of a linear drain is as old as Ancient Rome.
The only efficient way to drain a wet area with no design
compromise is to slope one plane to one line!
QuickDrain USA has perfected the linear drain, bringing it
into the 21st century using modern fabrication techniques
and materials. With our stainless steel and PVC drains and
adjustable height spacers, we have taken this time-tested
concept to a new level of quality, efficiency and ease.
There is no longer need to create a custom slope from
every direction to one point, as with a traditional center
drain.
QuickDrain should be positioned parallel to the entry to
the shower area so that the shower floor has just one flat
surface, providing a stable and consistent flooring surface
for wheelchairs. In addition, the drain sits in a shallow
trough cut into the subfloor thus eliminating the need to
recess the entire shower floor.
Most importantly, our patented Sure Flow System™
ensures vertical surface to vertical surface coverage and
100% water evacuation, which translates into less standing
water, less bacteria, and less cleaning!

LINEAR DRAINS
QuickDrain USA’s series of stainless steel and PVC, lowprofile linear drains all have internally pitched, 1” deep
and 1” wide troughs, and come in a variety of lengths and
outlet configurations.
All ProLine drain bodies are
made of 18 Gauge 316L
stainless steel, and come in
13 standard sizes, or
custom sizes ranging from
10” to 100” and a variety of
waste outlet configurations.
All ShowerLine linear drain
bodies are made from PVC.
Drain bodies are available in
four outlet configurations:
2” vertical, 2” side waste
(90°), 1.5” vertical, and 1.5”
side waste (90°).

COVERS
QuickDrain USA offers some of the industry’s most stylish
cover designs. All covers are a slim 1.5” and comprised of
18 Gauge 304 Stainless Steel. Available in three styles and
a choice of brushed or polished stainless finish, ProLine
and ShowerLine covers for ADA and barrier-free showers
are designed for incomparable style and durability.

SHOWER PANS
QuickDrain USA offers easy-to-install, complete presloped shower pan kits that can be easily cut with a utility
knife for use with our ProLine and ShowerLine series
drains.
The company’s
polypropylene honeycomb
slope and flat panel
materials have a
compression strength of
230PSI.
All pre-sloped ShowerLine
pan materials are
comprised of extruded rigid
PET plastic foam. This
material has a compression
strength of 145PSI, is nonreactive, economical, and
shatterproof. The PET
foam is 100% postconsumer recycled material.

WATERPROOFING
QuickDrain USA linear drains are also compatible with a
variety of waterproofing types – the two most common
being topical sheet and liquid applied.
Liquid waterproofing kits
include curb covers, outside
corners, inside corners and
reinforcement tape specially
made from non-woven
polyester, and appropriate
for use with any liquid
waterproofing.

WARRANTY
QuickDrain USA low-profile linear shower drains are
intended for use with tile showers. Both the shower drains
and the liner must be installed in accordance with the
manufacturer’s published instructions and the applicable
codes.
Ceramic Tile must comply with ANSI A137.1. Underlayment
must comply with the applicable code or ANSI A118.10.
the company’s drains are in compliance with the 2009
International Residential Code, the International Plumbing
Code and the Uniform Plumbing Code.
When installed in accordance with our specifications and
in conjunction with local building codes, our drains carry a
lifetime guarantee and warranty.

Please Submit PO’s to us via e-mail: orders@quickdrainusa.com or via fax: 866-3578502.
Orders received one business day will be processed the following business day –
Exception: If you request NDA for a small shipment, we will ship your order same
day, as long as we have received the PO by 1 p.m. MST. Typical lead times on large
quantity orders are 3-4 weeks.
Be certain that the freight terms show a form of prepaid & charge unless you are
giving us a FedEx or UPS account number to use for Collect or Third Party
shipments. FFA is $10K+ (net) with some qualifications.
If the pricing on your PO is HIGHER than your correct pricing, we will automatically
charge the correct, lower pricing – without getting a corrected PO from you. ***If this
is not agreeable with your accounts payable, please advise us in writing:
cindy@quickdrainusa.com *** If the pricing on your PO is LOWER than your correct
pricing, we do require a corrected PO & the order will be held until we receive the
corrected PO.
Be certain the payment terms show correctly on your PO – we WILL require a
revised PO if they are not correct.
We DO allow direct shipments (to your customer) – there is no additional fee for
direct shipments.
Please note your Estimate & or Project name on the Purchase order to ensure any
special discounts are given and honored.
With each drain body on order, we ship the correct amount of spacers, (1) 2” to 2”
no-hub coupling (only with ProLine orders) & (2) EX4SS at no charge; if your
customer needs a 2” to 1.5” no-hub coupling, there is a charge for that coupling.
Our sink drains do not ship with a coupling.
Orders for custom items (ProLine) should not be submitted prior to obtaining an
estimate from us. Additionally, referencing the estimate on the PO is helpful.
Remember that we always need a signed drawing to accompany a PO for a custom
drain body(ies). We provide the drawing with our estimate. Normal lead time for
custom drains is 5-6 weeks. Please contact us for a lead time on large quantity
custom orders.
If you include your e-mail on the PO, you will receive an e-mail with the shipment’s
tracking number(s).
Once an order is shipped & received (by you or your customer) it must be opened
& reviewed for order accuracy, completeness & in-transit damage within 72 business
hours of receipt. Please notify us within 72 business hours of any issues.
