NOTICE INVITING TENDER
1.
Tenders are invited for the work ……………………………………………………..

Acceptance of tender will rest with the Director, Archaeology & Museums Department,
Rajasthan, Jaipur who is not bounded to accept the lowest tender, reserves the right to accept
or reject any or all of tenders without assigning any reason.
3.
The earnest money shall be treated as a part of the security which shall be refunded after
finalization of tender. The earnest money of the contractor whose tender is accepted shall be
adjusted in the running bills as per rules.
4.
The rates quoted by the contractor will remain valid up to four months or more validity period of
the written request of the contractor.
5.
Any tender discrepancies or errors or over writing shall duly signed by the contractors before
tendering.
6.
Any error in rates of Schedule shall be treated as per the rates of BSR on which 'G' Schedule
has been prepared.
7.
No refund shall be accepted for the returned tenders in any case.
8.
The security deposit@10% of the gross amount of the running bill shall be deducted from each
running bill and shall be refunded as per rules on completion of the contract as per terms and
conditions
9.
If any tenderer withdraws his tender prior to expiry of validity period or mutually extended period
or makes modification in the rates, terms and conditions of the tender within the said period.
Which are not acceptable to the department or fails to commence the work in the specified
period, fails to execute the agreement the department shall without prejudice to any other right
or remedy, be at liberty to forfeit the amount of earnest money given in any form absolutely. If
any contractor, who having submitted a tender does not execute the agreement or start the
work or does not complete the work and work has to be putting retendering, he shall stand
debarred from participating such retendering in addition to forfeiture of Earnest money/Security
Deposit and other action under agreement.
10.
If it is found that the tender is not submitted in proper manner, or contains too many corrections
and or unreasonable rates or amounts it would be open for the Director, Archaeology and
Museums not to consider the tender, forfeit the amount of earnest money.
11.
If any contractor who having submitted a tender does not execute the agreement in prescribed
time limit, he shall stand debarred from participating in such re-tendering and forfeiture of
earnest money.
12.
Contractors shall submit only unconditional tenders, conditional tenders are liable to rejected
summarily.
13.
Special conditions regarding the execution of work as attached may be read carefully before
tendering.
14.
Contractor/Firm shall require registration of workers under the Building and other construction
workers (Regulation of Employment & conditions of Services) Act, 1996 and extension of
benefit to such workers under the Act.
15.
Escalation claim not acceptable.
16.
All the quality control tests as desired by the departmental staff shall have to be arranged by the
Contractor at his own cost and no departmental material or labour will be made available.

SOLAR MODULE
Multi Crystalline silicon terrestrial high power solar cells shall be used in solar photo
voltaic module as per IEC 61215/ IS:14286 & IEC 61730 - latest standared & each PV
module used must have a RF identificatiion tag. The maximum power rating shall not
be less than 230 Wp +-3%. To connect the solar modules interconnectioin cables shall
be provided & photo electric conversion effeciency of SPV modules shall be greater
than 14% It shall perform satisfactorily in relative humidity upto 100% with
temperature variation betweel 0 Degree C. to 50 Degree C. with stand gust upto 200
KM/Hr from back side of panel.
Protective devices against surges at the PV module shall be provided. PV module must
be warranted for output wattage which should not be less than 90% at the end of 12
years & 80% at the end of 25 Years. The solar module shall have a front cover of high
transmission (Greater than 91%) tempered and textured glass 3.2 mm thick with
anodized aluminium alloy frame material to protect the silicon cells damage. The fill
factor of module shall not be less than 0.70. Modules alignment & tilt angle shall be
calculated to provide the maximum annual energy output. The typical open circuit
voltage of module shall be 36.35 V DC & short circuit current should not exceed by
8.15 Amp. The module shall have high voltage with stand insulation level (URMS)
3KV DC for 1 Min.

The module mounting structure shall be made of hot dipped galvanized M.S. All nut &
bolts shall be of high quality stainless steel. The minimum clearance of the lowest part
of module structure & ground level be designed to allow easy replacement of any

POWER CONDITIOINING UNIT (PCU):The power conditioning unit comprises of charge controller & invirter and shall be P.Job
supplied as integrated or separate units. Maximum power point tracker (MPPT) shall
be integrated into PCU & should be microprocessor/micro controller based to
minimized power losses. The efficieycy of MPPT shall not be less than 90% & should
be suitably designed to meet array capacityh. The encloser for PCU shall comply with

SOLAR MODULE
Multi Crystalline silicon terrestrial high power solar cells shall be used in solar photo
voltaic module as per IEC 61215/ IS:14286 & IEC 61730 - latest standared & each PV
module used must have a RF identificatiion tag. The maximum power rating shall not
be less than 230 Wp +-3%. To connect the solar modules interconnectioin cables shall
be provided & photo electric conversion effeciency of SPV modules shall be greater
than 14% It shall perform satisfactorily in relative humidity upto 100% with
temperature variation betweel 0 Degree C. to 50 Degree C. with stand gust upto 200
KM/Hr from back side of panel.
Protective devices against surges at the PV module shall be provided. PV module must
be warranted for output wattage which should not be less than 90% at the end of 12
years & 80% at the end of 25 Years. The solar module shall have a front cover of high
transmission (Greater than 91%) tempered and textured glass 3.2 mm thick with
anodized aluminium alloy frame material to protect the silicon cells damage. The fill
factor of module shall not be less than 0.70. Modules alignment & tilt angle shall be
calculated to provide the maximum annual energy output. The typical open circuit
voltage of module shall be 36.35 V DC & short circuit current should not exceed by
8.15 Amp. The module shall have high voltage with stand insulation level (URMS)

The module mounting structure shall be made of hot dipped galvanized M.S. All nut &

POWER CONDITIOINING UNIT (PCU):The power conditioning unit comprises of charge controller & invirter and shall be P.Job
supplied as integrated or separate units. Maximum power point tracker (MPPT) shall
be integrated into PCU & should be microprocessor/micro controller based to
