Each rate class has been reviewed to ensure the fairest allocation of costs to all customers. I hope the information presented on these pages will help you understand the changes and the reasons for them. Many customers will see a decrease in cost due to this rate change, particularly those with high-use accounts. These changes will be reflected in bills beginning June 1. If an account has a prior balance, it will be subject to disconnection if not paid by the delinquent date, unless payment arrangements have been made. Customers who need to make payment arrangements should call our office immediately before disconnection occurs.
