All phone readings are done by Conference call unless otherwise specified. Shana does not
call you. Please follow the Procedure for your *CONFERENCE CALL READING*
**Unless you email Shana at info@shanaleegibson.ca with your skype name and follow the
skype instructions below, Shana will be waiting for you on the Conference Call.**
**All in-person readings are done at Shana's Studio in Crescent Beach at 2753 O'HARA
LANE, BC and the location has also been provided for you in your confirmation and on the
contact page at www.shanaleegibson.ca **
* Your phone reading session will be hosted through a conference call and recorded.
However, it is suggested you also make notes or record the call at your end. Your recording
cannot be guaranteed. * You are responsible for calling into the conference call at the appropriate time.
* You are responsible for any toll or long distance charges relating to the call initiation at your
end. * Please do your best to be punctual as a consideration to Shana Lee and her appointment
schedule. Punctuality will also ensure the full time for your reading. Please do not call in early
or the call will not be set up and available. We recommend an on-time call in.

How It Works:
1- You'll call the main call in number as per above.
2- You'll be prompted for the Access Code.

3- You'll be asked to announce your name and press #(pound) so it will be announced to the call
organizer. If for any reason you are not greeted by Shana Lee after you've entered the call, please
wait until she comes on the line.
4- You should be informed that the call is being recorded and asked to agree to this.
5- You should then be logged into the call and the session will begin!
6- Shana Lee will lock the call after you've logged in, which provides privacy and the security that
no one else can access your call.
7- When your reading and call are complete you can simply hang up.
8- The recording will be emailed to you within 1 week of the session.

* You are responsible for answering Shana’s call at the appropriate time.

Cancellations
You may cancel your appointment at anytime, and cancellation will be effective immediately. WE
DO NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS OR CREDITS FOR ANY PARTIAL OR FULL PAYMENTS made
through our website.
Right to Terminate
We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your use of our services, without notice, for any or no
reason whatsoever.
Limitations on Use
You must be 18 years of age or older to uses our services, unless accompanied by or we have
current valid written approval from an approved guardian(s) and/or parent(s). In certain
jurisdictions, the age of majority may be older than 18, in which case you must satisfy that age in
order to use our services. While individuals under the age of 18 may utilize the service, they may
do so only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian, under such person’s responsibilty
and otherwise subject to these Terms of Use.
The legal guardian(s) or parent(s) hereby waives and releases Shana Lee Gibson or any of it’s
affiliates of any/all responsibility and/or liability(personal or otherwise) before, during and following
participation in any youth course or workshop offered by Shana Lee Gibson.
