Two AX500 Flap modules with movable flap arms are mounted at
the left and right post of an access lane. They create a modern,
barrier-free access. The robust, weatherproof function modules
are suitable for installation in all types of the proven AX500 Smart
Gate.
The AX500 Flap modules are integrated in the ground-clear,
hanging posts of AX500 SmartGate Gantry, as well as in the
upstanding AX500 Smart Gate with AX500 Ticket Scanner or
WideRange ticket reader.
Each Flap closes and opens half the lane. Integrated motion sensors with suppression for ski poles and other small items offer the
customer a contactless access lane with fast OPEN– and CLOSE
sequences.
Besides the comfortable standard wide passage, we also provide
AX500 Flap modules with elongated arms for over-wide passage,
e.g. for baby carriages or wheelchairs. The optional flap arms in
paddle style are also a popular alternative.
In CLOSED position the flaps can be used as a blocking barrier.
