Modular Panel Construction
The Alpine’s modular panel construction, developed from Great Dane’s
latest trailer technology, produces a more consistent and superior
product and makes possible quick replacement of entire walls or roof
panels with equally durable and thermally consistent panels in the
event of major impact damage.
State-of-the-Art Panel Foaming Process
The Alpine’s innovative foaming process controls critical mixing and application parameters to ensure optimal foam quality and void-free insulation.
This results in maximum thermal performance and ensures that the specified insulation thickness is consistently achieved. Other benefits are superior lining adhesion and flat, smooth walls. The panel foaming process is a
state-of-the-art method extensively tested and researched by Great Dane’s
trailer manufacturing and engineering teams.
Sidewall Construction
• The Alpine’s .040" smooth aluminum skin sheets with 1.125"
extruded aluminum “J” posts on 16" centers provide increased
thermal efficiency without compromising structural integrity.
• Apitong furring is only placed behind the scuffband and logistics
tracks, reducing weight and heat transfer.

PunctureGuard
PunctureGuard is the strongest available lining option has nearly three
times (3x) the peel strength of other linings, making it extremely
resistant to delamination, and above all, it provides the most impact
resistance available in truck body linings.
ThermoGuard
For the ultimate protection, ThermoGuard shares the puncture
resistance of PunctureGuard, but also is the only liner that helps
maintain insulation performance for the life of the truck body.
Benefits include:
• Significantly reduces outgassing of the foam insulation
• Extends the productive service life of the truck body
• Reduces insulation degradation and weight gain from moisture
absorption through the liner
• Helps maintain the truck body’s excess cooling capacity while
reducing unit run-time and fuel consumption

and ramps to accommodate your loading and delivery methods.
• Access System consists of grab handles and steps on each
side of the body.
• Internal and external rear frame/corner reinforcement
gusset prevents racking of frame.

• Roll-Up Rear Doors - sturdy, reinforced rear frame provides
added security for operations that require loading in a limited

system for secure mounting with reduced maintenance.
Eliminates U-bolts, U-bolt maintenance, filler strip
compression, rot and kick-out.
The Alpine’s durable floor system is supported by stronger and
more rot-resistant fir sills, connected by organic-coated screws for
enhanced corrosion protection. Additionally, our impact-resistant
thermoplastic sub pan helps protect against moisture and
chemical intrusion.
• 1.31" anti-skid truck body cargo floor, 15,500 lb. rating
(inverted “T”).
• Panel foamed floor is thermally efficient.
• 3" steel I-beam wax-coated crossmembers on 12" centers.

standard, our doors are available with multiple side door heights and locations
to provide quick and easy access to cargo.
• Unique Blade Lock Closure An innovative design, the blade lock applies pressure
evenly for a complete seal for the full height of the door to hold compartment
temperatures. The low-profile design of this lock eliminates protruding hinges
and lock rods, protecting side doors from unnecessary damage.
• Shroud Reinforcement Support Side doors are reinforced with our exclusive shroud
design, which greatly strengthens the structural integrity of this critical component.
• Frame Reinforcement Support – large steel corner gussets, bottom rail for maximum
sidewall strength.
