testimonials from clients (if available).

Track record
The module manufacturer shall be Tier 1
manufacturer.
Tier 1 in this context refers to the Tier 1 list of
Bloomberg New Energy Finance and the Tier 1 list
of Photon International, both in the version as of
the date of publishing of the tender documents.
Locally assembled modules shall be considered
Tier 1 if there is a clear train to one of the
manufacturers of the BNEF/Photon Tier 1 lists

Track record
The inverter manufacturer must have at least 3
years of experience in PV market and must have at
least 500 kW reference projects for similar offered
size inverter.

Qualitative Technical Evaluation Criteria:
The Tenderer’s technical evaluation will only be performed if the bidder complies with the
mandatory technical requirements mentioned above. The technical requirements and their
evaluation weight percentage are presented in a table below. The detail technical requirements on
each of the technical parameters are presented in the work information document.
Tenderers to provide an Engineering proposal that covers the items below in detail.
