PORON® X-Pad 810 offers an easy and convenient solution for
customized designs ranging from body protection to contouring
bag strap padding, electronic case protection and footwear.
Utilize the PORON X-Pad 810 Die-Cut Program for a one-stop
shopping experience for the design, development and production
of a finished cushioning or impact protective part. You control your
design and shorten your product development cycle.

1) Choose Your PORON Material Technology
The PORON X-Pad 810 builds durability and flexibility into every
design. You choose from two distinct PORON Formulations
depending on your application needs:

Standard X-Pad 810 Design Offerings
Pre-designed X-Pad 810 die-cut designs are available for your
immediate use in both PORON XRD Extreme Impact Protection
and PORON Slow Rebound Materials. Contact your Rogers Sales
Engineer for samples and additional information.
X-Pad Chevron
Layer the chevrons in your desired combination to form custom
designs for hip, rib, chest or other apparel and equipment protection.
PORON® XRD® Extreme Impact Protection – Soft and
contouring yet tough on impact, PORON XRD Technology
gives you the best repeated impact protection solution for
both high and low speed impact applications.
– Available in Vivid Yellow (65) color.

PORON Slow Rebound – Unique, custom contouring foam
that offers ultimate comfort, support and even pressure
distribution…use after use.
– Available in Salmon (55) color.

2) Design Your Shape(s)

Developing new designs is quick and easy. Simply outline
your desired shape within the PORON X-Pad 810, then cut
the design from the X-Pad 810 to trial and test your designs.
