Acknowledgements
All materials on this Site, including but not limited to images, software, text, and video clips
(the "Content"), are protected by copyright under Canadian copyright law, international
conventions, and other copyright laws. You cannot use the Content, except as specified
herein. There are a number of proprietary logos, service marks, and trademarks found on
this Site. By making them available on this Site, Vigil Health Solutions Inc.™ (“Vigil®”) is not
granting you any license to utilize those proprietary logos, service marks, or trademarks. Any
unauthorized use of the Content may violate copyright laws, trademark laws, the laws of
privacy and publicity, and other civil and criminal statutes.
Vigil’s trademarks and brands are Vigil’s intellectual property and are important and valuable
assets to the corporation. Trademarks must be observed and used properly. Those
trademarks followed by ® are registered trademarks of Vigil in Canada, the United States,
Europe, Australia, and New Zealand. Failure of a mark to appear on this page does not
indicate that Vigil does not use the mark nor does it mean that the product is not actively
marketed or is not significant within its relevant market. Other Vigil products and services
may be followed by trade or service marks, such as ™ or SM and also require observation
and proper use. "Vigil", is both a trademark (product name) of Vigil Health Solutions Inc.,
and an abbreviation of its company name. When "Vigil" is used to identify the company Vigil
Health Solutions Inc. it is referred to as a trade name.
Vigil's trademarks may be used publicly with permission only from Vigil. Fair use allows use
of or reference to Vigil’s trademarks in advertising and promotion of Vigil products, however,
requires proper acknowledgement. It is necessary that the usage be truthful, not disparaging
to Vigil, and not mislead the public. You must be clear and accurate as to the nature of the
relationship between Vigil and your company, its products or services.
You may refer to Vigil products and services by their associated Vigil trademarks, so long as
such use complies with these Guidelines, which may be periodically modified by Vigil in
Vigil’s sole discretion. Specifically:

Use the appropriate trademark symbol and trademark acknowledgment of Vigil's
ownership of the marks and/or logos in question.
Do not incorporate Vigil trademarks or logos into your own product names, service
names, trademarks, logos, or company names, and do not adopt marks or logos that
are confusingly similar to Vigil's marks and logos.
Vigil carefully limits the use of its logos. Do not make unlicensed use of Vigil's
licensed logos. Third party use of Vigil logos requires a license or written permission
from Vigil.
