NYMAGIC was purchased to provide a platform to write both admitted
and non-admitted business.
2011
LLOYD’S SYNDICATE 1110
This acquisition included the Syndicate’s cover holder, TSM Agencies,
Ltd. It was purchased to provide a global platform to complement our
Media and Marine books as well as to expand into new product lines. In
February of 2015, ProSight was approved for its own Lloyd’s managing
agent, ProSight Specialty Managing Agency Limited, to manage ProSight’s
Syndicate 1110 at Lloyd’s. It allows the company to operate very efficiently
and to grow in other parts of the world.
