TYPE
The BSBTS tree strap mounted ballast enclosure is a wet
location housing suitable for use on large tree trunks or
branches. Box is provided with side conduit entries, with
mount plate, and two (2) tree straps. Tree straps are seven
feet long.

MATERIAL: Copper-free cast aluminum alloy, A360. All aluminum materials are chem-filmed or
anodized prior to painting.
FINISH: Super durable Polyester TGIC powder coat finish (standard). Optional Zinc
undercoat for harsh environments.
BALLAST TYPES: Magnetic ballast standard.
LISTING: U.L., C.U.L.
HID: Metal Halide (M), 150 Watt max.
High Pressure Sodium (S), 150 Watt max.
VOLTAGE: See Ordering Guide.
MOUNTING: Tree Strap Box mounts to diameters ranging from 6” (152mm) to 24” (610mm).
Additional mounting holes also provided for 1/4” (6mm) fasteners (by others).
CONDUIT ENTRIES: Box has two (2) side openings at “J” locations for conduit entry. One or two
openings in the lid available for lighting fixture mount.
FASTENERS: Stainless steel tamper-resistant.
