SOUTHERN WAY DIRECT CARE SERVICES INC. is a qualified and Community Service Organisation
that provides service, care, support and accommodation to people with disabilities in the South West Region. It
is a local, non-government, not-for-profit, charitable organisation that provides high quality care, support, accommodation, life skills, training and community access to people with disabilities primarily in Warrnambool as well

COOINDA - Terang - Cooinda provides adult training support services (ATSS) for people with an intellectual disability providing pre-vocational training developmental, social, educational, recreational programs. Supported accommodation, Housing Service, Outreach & Respite Care are also available. Provides short term facility
based respite for people with an intellectual to enable carers to have a break

WDEA is a service provider located in South West of Victoria offering meaningful opportunities for people with
a disability. Until 2011 this was known as Vantage Inc. which started as Yulundah Day Services for Children with
a disability in 1958 the organization has grown to six business enterprises in Warrnambool and Hamilton.
WDEA’s Adult Training and Support Services offers day programs for people with high support needs, enabling

MPOWER are located in Warrnambool and provides Early Intervention for children 0-6 with developmental
delays /disabilities, Community Transport, Respite programs for children and adults with disabilities, carer

KARINGAL COMMUNITY LIVING - SOUTH WEST SUPPORT provides a comprehensive range of
disability support services to individuals and their families across the South Western region of Victoria. Services
include individual in-home supports, community recreation and leisure, respite care, day program activities,

KYEEMA CENTRE INC. Kyeema is located in Portland and runs day programs, the Seawinds Nursery
Windward Industries (workshop at the Alcoa Smelter), Community Based Programs - includes overnight, weekend, holiday and emergency respite for children and adults, outreach, home first and support and choice.

GATEWAYS—Gateways Support Services provides quality, responsive services to more than 1000 children
and adults with disabilities and their families in the Geelong-Barwon South Western region each year. Gateways services include: autism assessment and diagnosis; case management; early childhood intervention;
facilitated parent support groups; inclusion support at childcare and kindergarten, child and adult respite; Interchange volunteer respite; dementia and frail aged respite; social recreation groups for teenagers and young
adults with disabilities, specialist school holiday programs for children with disabilities; and, seven Community
