RPP and RPE outer pipes for underground conduit systems

Technical description
„ELPLAST+” Sp. z o.o. manufactures polypropylene RPP outer pipes for underground conduit systems.
Main and separate outer underground conduit systems are installed within urban areas with condense
residential buildings with regular street/road layout.
Almost in each case, new lines are constructed with the use of plastic pipes, as one or multi-opening
systems.
Polypropylene pipes are exceptionally light, which makes transportation, loading and installation much
easier. Excellent mechanical properties, chemical resistance, dielectric properties, resistance to low
temperatures of RPP pipes qualify them for the above mentioned applications.
Even at temperatures -20oC, polypropylene pipes' impact resistance is sufficient for conducting e.g.
unloading operations. There is practically 0 % scrap due to impacts (hitting).
RPP pipes are produced with external diameters of 50, 75, 100 and 110 mm, in 6 or 12 m sections. If
requested, other lengths may be manufactured.
The pipes can be packed in bundles or supplied loose, depending on customer's needs.
Standard colour is black. At request, other colours of pipes may be manufactured.
A recommended method of joining RPP pipes is with the use of ZR type two-bell connectors.
„ELPLAST+” Sp. z o.o. manufactures also HDPE polyethylene RPE pipes for outer conduit systems.
Polyethylene pipes are more flexible and resistant to lower temperatures as compared to RPP pipes.
