Stronger, more fuel efficient and better loo
T
he new Huddig 1260 has been modified and improved in several ways. The new, powerful Cummins QSB 6.7 stage 3 engine puts
Huddig 1260 in a class of its own. It is stronger than ever and now has 36% higher torque than before. It also has Common-Rail h
sure injection, which gives optimal fuel economy.
Huddig 1260 has a much rounder shape. The hood is now made of glass fibre reinforced plastic and is in three sections. Each part
open and close, which means easier servicing and access to the engine. It has also received cleaner lines; radiator, air cleaner and sil
now under the body. The view between the loader and hood has also been improved. Huddig 1260 has an entirely new electrical an
tronics system. The previous system has been replaced by a new central computer and information display. The service intervals are
and communication with individual machines, can now be carried out remotely via GSM.

Huddig first with remote diagnostics
Huddig Telematic means that Huddig's technicians,
or Huddig's authorised service agents, can carry out
both diagnostics and updates directly in the backhoe
loader’s central computer, regardless of where it is in
the world - as long as there is GSM coverage! For safety and system integrity no one can call the machine
without the operator’s knowledge and approval.
A message on the information display must be acknowledged by pushing a button, before contact can
be established with the service technician's computer.
Unauthorised personnel cannot connect to the system, as the software is password protected.
With a new powerful electronic control system the Huddig 1260 is well
equipped to meet the future...
