Retro LED Geartrays
The Harvard Retro LED has been designed to slot into an ZX1
luminaries to upgrade them to LED with excellent payback periods.
The Harvard Retro LED ZX1 - 12 LED gear tray have been designed
and engineered with easy installation a plug and play solution that
provides a >70 CRI coupled with 4000oK colour temperature and a
Lighting design SP ratio of 1.7. One panel and two panel versions
depending on lumen requirements.

Suitable for replacing up to 70W SON, 50W SOX and 45W Cosmo.

Storage temperature (Ta) ranges from - 40oC > + 65oC this should be
a dry clean environment to ensure the electronics remain in pristine
condition for use. The operating temperatures (Tc) ranges from - 20 oC
> + 35oC, tests for thermal compliance have been carried out and
Certificates of conformity are available upon request to comply with
the CE classifications on these products. All relevant tests are carried
out within the luminaire body to ensure compliance.

Materials
The gear trays are manufactured from Aluminium with an anodized
or surtec650 finish to provide the most efficient thermal management
and longevity in service.
The driver PCB is supplied with a conformal coating to ensure
protection from damage due to contamination, salt spray, moisture,
fungus, dust and corrosion caused by harsh or extreme environments.
The optical lenses are UV stable and sealed to achieve an IP66 level
of protection from dirt and moisture ingress. The original glazing &
reflector is discarded & replaced with the Retrofit kit, however this
does not compromise the IP integrity of the luminaire.
