Hiring for many positions in ITS is occurring.
Going to the Chancellor’s Office Budget Workshop on July 30th.
Concerned about FTES. Enrollment is not as high as we expected.
We are expecting a lot of one time money from the State.

1. Getting the year end payroll done.
2. Full time retro is done.
3. Accounting firm is looking at the part time retro.
4. Audit went well.

1. Last Friday active shooter training, which concentrated on passive and riot control.

1. All computer work done in the old Tech Arts building.
2. Preparing for faculty laptops to arrive.
