CONSTRUCTION 


A Housing - Made
of heavy gauge aluminum, composed of a main compartment
 entirely


welded to a wall 
case. This case mounts to a wall support and wedges a massive


EPDM gasket against
the wall, ensuring sealing of the luminaire and preventing dust

from infiltrating. 

 
 

B Wall support - Made
of a galvanized steel plate of heavy gauge, in a hooked shape.


This support is fixed
to the wall using bolts and is used as a support for the driver.


 
C LED module frame
- Made of one piece injection moulded aluminum. Access to the LED
 

module is made quickly via two screws.



OPTICS
 
 

D Round LED module - High performance LEDs. IP67 dust and water repellent case


with integral heatsink
and U.V. stabilized injection molded polycarbonate collimator.

 
L70 lumen maintenance
at 25°C is 50,000 hrs. Initial lumen output is 2800 lm and


initial efficacy is 117
lm/W @ 700mA. Typical LEDs Color temperature is 4000K


standard with 3000K
or 5000K optional with CRI of 70. A 28° or a 45° light beam

is available. Operated
temperature -40°~+60°. 50,000 hours life at 70% lumen


maintenance. 12
leds on each module, for a total of 24W each.


ELECTRICAL COMPONENTS



E Electronic LED driver
- Easily accessible, the driver is mounted on a removable heavy

gauge galvanized
steel tray, is equipped with a weatherproof quick disconnect wiring

system and is factory
pre-wired and tested. The driver is CSA and UL approved and is

 
environment rated
dry & damp.
 

FINISH




-
All surfaces are chemically
treated against corrosion through a multi-stage immersion

process. The polyester
powder finish is applied by a thermostatic process offering an


excellent protection
conforming to ASTM G7, D-2247 and B-117/D-1654 standards.
 

Standard Colors are
textured black, bronze and white and smooth silver finish. Consult

All exterior hardware is made of stainless steel.

This product has a five year limited warranty on the finish and against any

manufacturing 
defect.
