Discounts
Enerpac’s published price list shows “User” prices. User price is the
same as “List” price. The standard distributor discount is 10% for
torque wrenches (“t”), bolt tensioners (“b”), and Pow’r-Risers (“p”).
The “➤” notation applies only to Service Centers. All other products
receive the following standard discounts, based on the account’s
annual (September to August) purchases.

Ordering, Pricing
Enerpac’s minimum order is $100. All prices are subject to change
without notice. Enerpac shall charge the price prevailing at the time
an order is placed. Order fulfillment is contingent upon satisfactroy
account status.
All returns from Canada should be shipped to:

• Distributor retains risk of physical loss for all returns and must pay
return freight.
• Each return is subject to a refinishing charge, dependent upon
cost of labor and materials required to return to a “saleable”
condition.
• Only new, unused, standard products will be accepted.
Components removed from complete sales units and electrical
items may not be returned.
• Items with a distributor price less than $25 will not be accepted for
return unless the quantity of the item brings the value over $25.
• Custom configured pumps and presses ordered from the catalog
matrices and not listed in the standard model number charts are
subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee.
Cancellation
• Discontinued products or products more than three years old
(based on invoice date) will not be accepted for return.
Non-catalog products, or identified (=) standard price list products,
will be subject to a minimum 20% cancellation charge. Higher
cancellation charges, up to 100% of the order price, may be charged
depending on total dollar amount and stage of completion of such
non-catalog products.
• Stock adjustment requests must be accompanied by the invoice
number, purchase order number or shipping order number. The
return will be credited at purchase price value. Items with incorrect
or no information will be credited at prices that were effective two
price lists back from time of request.
Shipping
• Non-catalog products, cylinders over 250-ton or catalog products,
which are modified by Enerpac for special customer applications,
cannot be restocked as standard product, and are therefore NONRETURNABLE.
Enerpac will prepay or allow the lowest tariff freight on shipments of
catalog merchandise totaling $2,750 or more at distributor net cost.
Shipping terms are F.O.B. Enerpac facility.
The customer is responsible for freight-related costs on non-standard,
modified, or identified (=) standard price list products.
Title to the products and risk of loss and damage shall pass from
Enerpac when placed in the possession of a carrier. Enerpac shall not
be responsible for any loss, damage or delay during transportation.
Request for credit on shipping discrepancies and other shipping
matters must be received within 30 days of invoice date.
Parts Returns
Please refer to the Enerpac Service Policy and Agreement.
• Stock adjustments may be made twice every calendar year, on
scheduled months, and are subject to a minimum 15% handling
charge or an accompanying restocking order for standard product
equal to the value of the return. Returns are not accepted during
August. The return schedule is divided alphabetically by customer
name. See the following schedule:

Product Returns
Payment Terms
• For all returns, contact your Enerpac Territory Manager or
Customer Service Representative for authorization.
• Any returns without a Return Goods Authorization Number
(RGA#) assigned by an Enerpac representative and marked
on the package, will be returned to sender freight collect. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
• Authorized returns sent to the wrong Enerpac address will be
charged a $50 handling fee.
Enerpac’s standard terms and conditions are 1.5% 10, net 30.
To take advantage of the discount, invoices must be paid within 15
days of the invoice date. The postmark on your payment envelope, or the date of cash receipt, will determine eligibility for the discount.
Please pay according to the payment terms, which are printed on
each invoice. If you have any questions about your payment terms,
please contact the Enerpac Credit Department. Discounts taken
outside of the payment terms will be charged back.
