At the heart of Virginia Beach’s Central Business District, the Virginia Beach Town Center is an eclectic

The development spans 17 city blocks and encompasses 25
acres. When completed, Town Center will include 850,000
square feet of Class A office space and 750,000 square
feet of upscale retail, dining and business class hotels.
The development currently has more than 300,000 square
feet of primarily Class A office space and is home to The
Westin Virginia Beach Town Center, Virginia’s tallest building.
Major office tenants include Armada Hoffler, HBA Architects,
Troutman Sanders and Williams Mullen.
Phase V of Town Center will include a 174,000-square-foot
office tower, along with additional retail and apartment space
and its fifth structured parking garage. Construction began in
early 2013; the building is anticipated to be completed by the
fourth quarter of 2014.
Strengths and Opportunities
Town Center has a great geographical location, access and
convenience to resources in the city and region.
The Sandler Center is an asset to the cultural and civic community
