Raptor produces a high lumen output with less power, saving up to 40% of the energy used by traditional
2KW Metal Halide floodlights.

SLASH INFRASTRUCTURE COSTS
Raptor’s distinctive luminaire design minimises weight and reduces the loading details for the pole
design. As a result new installations can be planned at optimal costs and can be used as retrofits for
most existing infrastructure.
INSTALL WITH GREATER AGILITY
A flexible trunnion mounting system allows for over and under slinging on the pole cross arm. This unique
design allows the installer to correctly aim the floodlight to avoid obstructions and maximise light delivery.

KILL ONGOING MAINTENANCE
Built tough for Australian conditions, Raptor offers increased design life with lower ongoing maintenance
costs and requirements than HID and other LED floodlights. It uses the latest LEDs with very low rates
of lumen depreciation, and robust remote driver assemblies.

GLASS VISOR
3.2mm toughened optical glass with high transmittance, low internal reflectance, better spill light control,
and environmental and UV durability.
FRAME
Pressure die cast aluminum frame in grey RAL 7035 powder coating.
HEAT SINKS
Four extruded anodised aluminium heat sinks housing the optical units for better thermal performance
and corrosion resistance.
FASTENERS
316 stainless steel clips, screws, washers and breathers for longevity.
TRUNNION ARM
Galvanised 6mm and 8mm steel trunnion arm allowing for over and under slinging on cross arms, making
the installation and commissioning process easier.
PRECISION AIMING PROTRACTOR
Located on both sides of trunnion. A special aiming sight can also be fitted for accurate orientation.
IP66 WEATHERPROOF
Wiring junction box located on rear of luminaire with 25mm glands for ease of installation.
BIRD PROOF CABLE
All exposed wiring housed in stainless steel conduit for protection against birds and nature’s elements.
CONTROL GEAR
Remote 240V or 415V driver system available on tray platform or weatherproof enclosure.
0-10V system dimming ready.
Small gear tray size for ease of installation into base of poles or cabinets.
Control gear can be designed to suit most applications.
