IF ANY EXISTING AREAS TO REMAIN ARE DAMAGED BY DEMOLITION OR NEW CONSTRUCTION, THEY SHALL BE PATCHED AS REQUIRED TO MATCH IMMEDIATE EXISTING ADJACENT AREAS IN MATERIAL, FIRE RATING, FINISH AND COLOR, UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED. 11.
