IN ALL AREAS WHERE DEMOLITION (REMOVAL OF
FLOOR TILE, CARPETING, TACKLESS, PARTITIONS,
ETC.) CAUSES AN UNEVENNESS IN SLAB, THE
CONTRACTOR SHALL PATCH TO LEVEL THE SLAB TO
RECEIVE NEW SPECIFIED FLOORING.

THE GENERAL CONTRACTOR SHALL FURNISH A
SYSTEM OF TEMPORARY POWER AND LIGHTS
THROUGHOUT THE SPACE UNDER CONSTRUCTION
AND DEMOLITION AS REQUIRED.

THE GENERAL CONTRACTOR SHALL REMOVE TO THE
SOURCE, ALL PROJECTING PLUMBING, FLOOR

ABANDONED. FIRE RATINGS SHALL BE MAINTAINED.
COMPREHENSIVE AUTOMOBILE LIABILITY

THIS INSURANCE MUST INCLUDE NON-OWNER
HIRED OR RENTED VEHICLES AS WELL AS

DEMOLITION, INCLUDING SWITCH BOXES, PLATES,

THE CONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PROTECTING THE SAFETY OF
ALL PERSONS IN, NEAR OR WITHIN THE GENERAL AREA OF DEMOLITION OR
CONSTRUCTION. G.C. SHALL MAINTAIN CLEAR PATHWAYS TO EXISTING FIRE
