All TOPAZ recessed lighting fixtures and trims are warranted for three (3) full years
from the date of wholesale purchase.
This warranty covers only properly installed TOPAZ recessed lighting fixtures and
trims used under normal conditions specified in the product descriptions.
For the warranty period TOPAZ will, at its option, repair or replace without charge a
defective fixture or trim. It may be necessary to return the fixture or trim to TOPAZ
transportation prepaid for TOPAZ to inspect and to determine the validity of the
claim. Repair or replacement, as stated above, shall constitute the purchaser’s
exclusive warranty, which does not extend to transportation, installation, labor or
any other consequential charges, nor does it apply to any equipment of another
manufacturer used in conjunction with the TOPAZ recessed lighting fixtures and trims.
