A patented, economical closed circuit style liquid level gage similar to our SERIES G605, except that it is for installation where
there is access to the inside of the tank. It offers minimum protrusion from the tank and because there are no bolt heads on the
exterior face of the gage, it has a smooth, clean profile. The thermometer series gages have a protected sensing element that
extends well into the tank - unaffected by ambient temperatures. Gages are furnished complete including O-ring seals and hex
nuts for mounting. Mounting requires two .52 (13.21mm) dia. holes to match the gage mounting centers. Mounting studs
accommodate all tank walls through .75 (19.05mm) thickness. For installations where gage is bolted to cylindrical tank wall,
conical sleeves are available. Please specify when ordering. For gages 13.00 (330.20mm) and greater see our SERIES

LDI INDUSTRIES’ G632 series closed circuit, dual purpose liquid level gage with a 1.38 (35.05mm) diameter dial
probe thermometer, offers 270° viewing of fluid level and temperature. This gage is especially suited for mounting
in areas where there is danger of the gage being damaged. The sight and dial probe thermometer are recessed well
into the heavy bar stock body for maximum protection. Mounting requires two .52 (13.21mm) diameter holes

LIQUID LEVEL GAGE - FRONT MOUNT 270° VIEWING
This series of liquid level gage was developed to meet the industries’ need for a rugged leakproof, wide
angle viewing fluid level gage. The G635 series gage is similar to our G605 series gage, with the
exception of a wider viewing window and more massive, heavy duty construction. An exclusive sealing
arrangement provides a .06 (1.52mm) adjustment at each mounting bolt. The sight window is deeply
recessed for maximum protection. Gages are furnished complete including spacer sleeves, tank to gage
O-ring seals and hex nuts for mounting. This front mounting series can be installed in threaded
openings and does not require access to the reservoir interior.

A patented dual purpose closed circuit style liquid level gage that provides both instant and positive visual check of fluid
levels and temperature in either hydraulic or oil reservoirs. Maximum sight protection is provided by the heavy precision
machined bar stock body. Thermometer series gages have a protected sensing element that extends well into the tank unaffected by unrelated ambient temperature. Gages are furnished complete including O-ring seals and hex nuts for
mounting. A .06 (1.52mm) alignment adjustment at each stud facilitates mounting. This gage can be installed from the
outside on 1/2-20UNF tapped holes when reservoirs do not have access to the interior and tank wall thickness permits
tapping. For installations where gage is bolted to cylindrical tank wall, conical sleeves are available. Please specify when
ordering. Front mounting gages can be made to order with mounting centers up to 142.00 (3606.80mm) in 1.00 (25.40mm)
increments. Stainless steel dial thermometer: 1.38 (35.05mm) dia. dual scale Fahrenheit (50° to 300°), Centigrade (10° to

LIQUID LEVEL GAGE - FRONT MOUNT, CARD THERMOMETER
Low profile body with wide sight openings is machined from extruded aluminum bar stock NOT a
composite of a stamping and molded plastic parts. Gage may be mounted from front if reservoir wall is
heavy enough to tap for mounting bolt. Otherwise use nuts furnished on 1/2-20 and 1/2-13 mountings
to tighten on interior wall of reservoir. Furnished complete with all O-ring seals and nuts. A .06
(1.52mm) alignment adjustment at each end facilitates mounting. 3.00 (76.20mm) centerline gage has
60°F (15.6°C) to 180°F (82.2°C) thermometer scale, 5.00 (127.00mm) and longer centerline gage has
0°F to 220°F (104.4°C) thermometer scale.

LIQUID LEVEL GAGE - BACK MOUNT, CARD THERMOMETER
This back mount gage has the lowest profile with a wide sight opening to maximize viewing and is
tamper-resistant in the field. Access to reservoir interior is necessary to tighten nuts supplied with the gage.
3.00 (76.20mm) centerline gage has 60°F (15.6°C) to 180°F (82.2°C) thermometer scale, 5.00 (127.00mm)
and longer centerline gage has 0°F to 220°F (104.4°C) thermometer scale.

reservoir wall. Brass pipe thread adapters provide break point for assembly. Bottom closure cap on gage can be used as a

fully recessed in gage body for excellent protection. The unique construction of these gages provide a .06 (1.52mm) alignment

LDI INDUSTRIES’ series G608 closed circuit liquid level gages are furnished with shut-off valves between
the tank wall and gage. The gage body can be removed from the valves without loss of fluid. Configured
with pipe adapters. Bottom closure cap may be used as a drain. An exclusive construction feature provides a
.06 (1.52mm) lateral adjustment at each mounting bolt to facilitate mounting. All metal parts are precision
machined from solid bar stock with the sight opening recessed into the gage body for maximum protection.
Aluminum valves are optional. Please specify when ordering.
