HomeFusion Broadband Need To Know’s
The HomeFusion Broadband solution is permanently installed by a
team of professional installers. There are several customer touch
points throughout the activation process that are explained to
customers at the point of sale to set appropriate expectations.
• Customer will not leave the store with any equipment.
• Installation is scheduled at point of sale.
• Installer calls a day before installation to confirm the appointment, as well as, the
day of installation to provide an estimated time of arrival.
• Retail store representatives call the customer after installation to ensure
satisfaction and are available for support post installation.

Where on my home will the Cantenna be installed?
• ‘Cantenna’ is installed on a corner of the home, no higher than the second floor.
• Installer performs a signal strength inspection at the location of install to ensure that
the device will offer consistent reliable performance prior to install.
How long will the installers be at my home?
• Installation take approximately 2 hours
Can I have the HomeFusion installed at my apartment?
• Currently only installing on Single Family Homes, Townhouses, and Condos (only 1st
and 2nd floor). We are not currently installing on apartment buildings, Business/Office
buildings, or Condos 3rd floor and above.
