The HI-IMPACT™ Plate series is offered in 2 different versions:
stainless steel and thermoplastic, providing different options for different applications.
SPECIFICATIONS
Thermoplastic Plates
Flammability: UL 94V0, 94-5VA classification.
Operating Temperature: TIA/EIA 568-B.2
-25°C to 70°C.
UV Resistance: All materials are UV stabilized.
Material: Valox®.
Mounting screws: stainless steel.
The stainless steel is available in 1- and 2-gang and 1-, 2- and 4ports providing flexibility for each application. The HI-IMPACT™
stainless steel plates provide extended life in abusive and corrosive
environments. The plate’s satin finish hides fingerprint marks and
without any recessed lines it is very easy to clean and maintain.
The HI-IMPACT™ thermoplastic plates are offered in single gang
only in 1 and 2-port. The plates were designed for use with FS/FD
type boxes providing 4 points of attachment ensuring a perfect
seal. Their non-metallic construction is impact resistant, nonconductive, and corrosion resistant.
Gasket Material: closed-cell foam.

Material: smooth metal 302/304; super stainless steel
17-19%; chrome, 8% nickel.
