OZONE “Toolset” PC Software is to
meet the latest technological
requirements in terms of flexibility,
energy saving and light
optimization. Using the OZONE’s
programmable features, lighting
manufacturers are now free to
personalize and make their
products unique. The high degree
of intelligence and flexibility behind
OZONE LED drivers, has enabled us
to develop the most innovative,
flexible and “environmentally
friendly” constant current LED
drivers available in today’s
market. OZONE’s “Adjustable
dimming” function allows lighting
designers and assembly lines to
quickly and easily customize up
to five (5) custom dimming
profiles for outdoor lighting
management, synchronized to
worldwide time zones.
By simply turning the lighting
fixture ON/OFF with a photocell
on the AC input, the custom
light profile will self-synchronize
to the real time zone without
any clock setting in the
installation area. The “Constant
Light” function permits a
guaranteed constant light flux
along the entire product
life-cycle, compensating for the
LED’s efficiency loss due to
product aging. By USB
connection, all customized
settings can be transferred to
the OZONE Programming Tool
and then installed in the OZONE
LED driver memory to
be executed. Focused on large area
lighting applications, such as
parking lots, shopping centers and
urban spaces, this programmability
permits businesses and public
organizations to reduce their
costs and environmental impact.

The DDP400 sealed power modules being potted and offering IP67 ingress protection grade,
are well suited for challenging system designs where low profile, low power dissipation is
desired with minimal air movement. The modules may be mounted for conduction cooling or
convection cooling. The modules are rated for 350W in natural convection or 400W with
conduction cooling or the optional heat sink.
The integral 12V fan output eliminates the need for an additional fan supply. The module can
be disabled with a logic signal and dissipates less than 0.5W in stand-by mode allowing
system level Energy Star compliance. The module’s low profile is applicable for industry
standard 1U equipment design.
