This schedule conforms to the Regular Classes as indicated in the ACADEMIC REGULATIONS HANDBOOK.
Students should review the final examination schedule before finalizing a schedule of classes to avoid having too
many examinations on a given day.
Four-hour classes, for example 8:00 MTTHF, will follow the examination day and time for the three-hour class, 8:00
MWF. For a class that is offered once or twice a week, follow the examination schedule for the day and time as if it
were a three-hour class.
Students and parents should avoid purchasing airline tickets which conflict with the examination schedule.
Final Examinations must be given in accordance with the above schedule.
Final examinations for courses that do not follow the regular class times as listed in the Academic Regulations and
Procedures for Undergraduates Handbook, must be approved by the Provost and released to the students prior to
April 11, 2016.
Final Examinations: If a student has three or more examinations back-to-back on a given day, the student may wish
to contact the Office of the Provost before March 14, 2016, so that arrangements can be made to avoid this situation.

Non-Graduating Students: The OTR will be in the process of clearing Spring 2016 Graduating students. Therefore, your Final
Exam Grades will be verified and accessible on or before May 20, 2016. If a Financial Hold exists you cannot view your Grades via
your Tigerweb account. Please contact the Office of the Bursar and have the matter resolved. Final Grades are not mailed to your
home address and only accessible via your Tigerweb account. Contact IT at 334-727-8040 if you don’t recall your Password. OTR
does not provide grades over the phone, via email and/or in person. Thanks in advance for your patience and understanding.
